Terrible customer service and unethical business practices. I was passing through the area as I am not local to Peachtree City, Ga. I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 7:57pm. I arrived at the location early around 7:52pm sat in my vehicle and watch two employees (male and female) talking while the store appeared to be open (closed at 8pm). As I exited my vehicle I received a phone call from a young male employee who advised they just received my order and could not make it by 8pm. I was informed I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund or pick my order up in the morning (not sure how that would make sense). I informed the employee that I am outside the location and I was only passing through. While I heard him getting instructions from the female in the background he only advised I had two options but basically both inconvenience. I have to wake up on my off day put a effort to wake up and call and speak to a manager or drive back 57 miles and talk to a manager. Not to mention one of my items I ordered was prepackaged almonds which did not have to be made. I am not sure why they could not give me a refund over the phone or why the system even took my order however this business needs serious failsafes in place as well better trained associates when dealing with customers. I literally watched one employee walk out at 7:56pm and the other employee lock the door and close the location before 8pm. I will be filing a dispute with my bank as I did paid for items I clearly did not receive nor will receive at this point. Only because I know that many smoothie kings are franchises this will not prevent me from patronizing the company again I will never patron this particular location definitely. Update: I Spoke with management and my issue was resolved. However I really hope this translates to better training for current and future employees. read more

This location is absolutely horrible. I used Doordash to purchase three smoothies. The Dasher didn't receive one of the smoothies. I was told by George B. that it was the Dasher fault although one of the smoothies were not ready. The sticker on the cup said 1 of 3 and 3 of 3. It is the providing the food/beverage responsibility to communicate with the Dasher that the order is not ready. George B. was extremely rude. He stated I could come up there and argue about. I wanted to give the place ZERO stars but unfortunately this isn't an option. Walked in and there were 4 teenagers standing around and not one of them appeared to want to be there. It took more than 15 minutes for them to make 2 shakes!!! Completely inefficient! Both shakes were made incorrectly- I drank mine, my husbands was so terrible and clumpy that it was remade...TWICE! Requested a refund and ending up WASTING more than 30mins here. The "manager" or whoever the young lady working on the register was had the WORST attitude EVER! I'd never return here or spend my money in this establishment again- they need to hire REAL staff! Yuck!!! read more

Absolutely rancid service. 8 customers in the store, one person taking orders and then the same worker makes the shakes in backwards order after she took everyone's order. waited 25 minutes for one smoothie. With another worker sitting in the back with headphones in. Causing one of customers to walk out. read more

2 great employees took my order I remember I tipped one of them named Chasity who took my order she was very efficient and knew what she was doing and then another one name Carmen made my drink, I could tell she knew what she was doing and she made the drink the right way and it was pretty fast. The drink was really good I got a lemon twist which tasted as described if not better. I would recommend anyone in Peachtree city to come and try this smoothie king. read more

Slowest service ever! One person working on a busy Saturday. She's averaging about one smoothie every ten mins. Several customers gave up and just left once they realized the pace of the service. Other customers entered and saw the crowd waiting smoothies and just left. I guess they know the slow reputation. I came to Smoothie King after working 9 days in a row for a little reward for myself but it was a terrible idea and I will never step foot in this or any Smoothie King ever again due to the absolutely terrible customer service. First of all, the place was run by three teenagers who all looked like they didn't want to be there and the girl who was talking my order was not very nice and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. I proceeded to wait in line for almost 15 minutes for just 2 smoothies with not a very long line in front of me, and as it is my turn to go up and get my smoothies, a girl comes up and takes mine thinking that it's hers even though she said she got a large and she was after me, but the one she took was a small but she didn't care and she takes a sip of it anyways. The worker eventually gave me one of my smoothies and when I said that I also ordered another one, we all realized that the girl took mine and drank it so the girl took the straw out and gave the smoothie to me and the employees did not have a problem with it. I didn't want to cause a problem in the store and I was already having a bad day so i walked out and threw away the other smoothie. Not to mention, the employees did not seem very organized because they would get the orders mixed up and not know which smoothies went to which person and they were very slow. There have been some updates to this Smoothie King. First, you can noticeably see the redesign when you walk in the store. Second, Smoothie King overall has updated their pay process. Now, you order and pay at the register and then move to the other end of the counter for your pick up of your smoothie. This helps with the flow of traffic especially when you have a lot of people ordering. Combine that with the rewards app, the payment process is a breeze. The owner/store manager is very kind and provides great customer service. The only downside is that they seem to only one person working there at a time when I usually go there. read more

Very slow service. Very unfriendly workers. Had dirty counters and had an opened jug of cleaner just sitting on the counter by the blenders. Kiosk dis not work. Tons of trash by front door. The girl working tossed my card on the counter after I paid while my hand was reaching for it. read more
