They get to burn off tons of energy in a safe environment. It does get loud so if you are sensitive to loud noise or lots of talking bring ear plugs! Lots of places to sit. My daughter absolutely LOVES this place! She can spend hours there and never gets bored. It's affordable for a day of letting her burn some energy which I truly appreciate. I understand there are some issues/negative reviews with a few small group of parents over a SA incident. I was actually present on the day this happened. From my personal point of view and what I witnessed, the owner had the male escorted out of the building. And was waiting for law enforcement to arrive. There were a few parents standing there talking to her. I did witness many parents still making food orders, kids still playing, parents sitting on their phones. The same exact things that are always going on during any other visit there. I was shocked that a parent took it upon themselves to blast this business over a month after this incident and has continued to harass this business that has brought many years of enjoyment to families. I still continue to bring my daughter there. There has been updated security measures such as brighter lights in the play structure, New security cameras, an updated check in process and volunteer security on busier days sitting at the door. I'm still confused on why these parents waited so long to make the community aware if they're so passionate about the safety of the children. My family still loves jungle playland and I'm sure they had reasons for not making a public announcement about it until they had more answers but I appreciate the things they have done to improve the environment already. What did happen was unfortunate, but in my opinion I think these situations can happen in almost any environment. It is up to all the adults to keep our children safe. Not just the business themselves. We will continue enjoy jungle playland for years to come. read more

Had I known that they tried to deny child sexual abuse happening at their establishment, I would have kept my child far away. They intentionally tried to brush this incident under the rug and only made a statement after receiving pressure from the public. In their statement, they lied and tried to take responsibility for removing the offending individual and lied about implementing new safety measures. Really fun indoor space for my 18-mo-old grandson! The area restricted to toddlers is pretty small and mainly consists of a foam staircase, several slides and a bumpy ramp thing that goes down into what may have been a small ball pit at some point. But my grandson had fun going down, climbing up, going down again, over and over. We also checked out the coin-operated batmobile, jeep and lion and wandered around the "ground level" of the all-ages area. Not much for a toddler to do there unless accompanied by an adult at all times. We did go into the ballpit for a few minutes. Someone was shooting balls up an air tube to a giant barrel up above, which finally dumped a massive amount of balls down on the kids' heads - momentum was slowed by going through a net, thank goodness, because there's no warning! On the way out, we stopped at the claw machine to "win" a ball (you get to keep trying till you succeed). Lucky for me that an older boy came along to wait in line behind us, because I had to ask him to snare one for us after I gave it about 10 tries :) The woman working at the front desk was very, very nice, so please don't let reviews of "the staff isn't friendly" keep you away. That couldn't be farther from my experience. We were there on a weekday morning so it was not crowded. I felt very safe leaving my stuff on a table while we wandered. I used to bring my son here often when he was younger (5-7). He's 9 now but he's having a lot of fun. I think he would feel too old to play here in a year or two. Because it rains a lot in Washington in winter, it's nice to have an indoor place area. In the summer, they have a water splash area outside. It's very affordable because adults get in free! They don't allow outside food, they have snacks (pizza, burgers, nachos, ice cream, etc) and they are all reasonably priced. This place is clean and orderly. My main complaint is my 12 year old came along with us so we could sit and chat ( mom / daughter date if you will ) while my youngest played and they still charged us $9 for her to sit at a table. Ridiculous! While my 5 year does have a good time, I would recommend lying your ass off if you have a tween tagging along, or just be a crappy parent and leave them at home unless you plan on paying for your teenager to simply sit in a chair and watch kids half their age running around like wild animals. For just under $20 I will likely spend my money elsewhere in the future... read more

This is such a special and unique place that you don't find anywhere. This indoor play land is a child's dream come true! Fun jungle theme with many large slides, climbing areas, and play areas. It is like a McDonald's play area but 10 times larger. There is affordable food and drink as well. There are tables where parents can sit while children play. A big plus for me is that the play area is just large enough for me to play in too. So much fun. read more

Good place for kids to play, but the staff is very rude. The information in the Facebook group is not updated (I guess it's very easy) you can never be sure if they work until three or seven o'clock. Socks are required to be on the site (this is of course normal) but probably could have indicated this on the website, then there would have been no surprises for users. read more

Super cute and fun Playland. My kids and husband enjoyed playing here. Adults are free and kids pricing is more than fair. They have a very nice 2 and under area that fenced in on 3.5 sides. And the rest of the play area is huge. It was very fun to explore. They also have some arcade games as well as food there. There's cute build a bear type activates as well. I used to come here as a kid and the experience was always amazing, but tonight was the worse I have seen...ever! The staff were all women and they were just so disrespectful. I asked the blonde girl for the ice cream cups we brought for my nephew's party and she looked in the oven... she also looked high. Once closing time came around the 3 staff were complaining that people weren't leaving, even though they were cleaning up the balls for the ball pit. Got really crowded Saturday afternoon, which is not a bad thing but I really wish they would tell the adults to act as such instead of letting them play inside the playground. I get sometimes you need to go with your kid so that he/she builds confidence, but don't use the playground same as the kids, it hinders their experience and the staff could help with this but seems like they are just there to charge, serve food and clean, so supervision is on the customers themselves. read more

i have been taking my kids here for years. Its normally a good experience. We moved to out of town about a year ago do we haven't been in awhile. today I Took a group of kids there and it was SO dirty. Inside where the kids play looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was so much dirt and even garbage on the floor. When we ordered food it took over 25 min for a corndog, and the high chair I got for my baby was filthy. There's a toddler area with 4 slides and ball pit, the huge main jungle gym area with slides and ball pit, an inflatable maze, a little rock climbing wall, a few arcade games and a little snack stand. I've been on a weekend and I know it can get crowded. However we visited today on a weekday afternoon and it was perfect. Enough kids to socialize and not so hectic. Fun play place! Very reasonably priced. Big enough that you can climb through it (crouched over) if your children are smaller and need some assistance. My son loved how fast the slides were. We went on a Saturday so it was a little crazy with lots of kids running around everywhere (probably at least 50 or more) but we were still able to enjoy it. My only complaint is there is a under two area and older children kept running in, bouncing off the walls, diving into the ball pit and almost injuring the smaller children. It would have been nice if the staff paid attention to enforcing the age restriction a little more. They had time to tell me my son couldn't open and close the door to the party room (I get it, it wasn't our room but no one was using it at the time and he just really likes doors) but never once said anything to the 6 year olds sprinting through the toddler area. I get that it's the parents responsibility but a lot of the children's parents were no where to be seen. Luckily my son is pretty tough but I wouldn't have been comfortable if he were any younger (he will be two in a couple months) at least in a weekend when it's busy. read more

Not for toddlers, this place looked great for older kids but my 20 month old just wanted to go where she couldn't. Would have been nice if the small toddler area had a gate and didn't let larger kids in there area. It was also not clean and I was worried my daughter might get sick! My husband and two kids were there for not even 5 minutes when our 2 year old's arm was broken on the slide from reaching her hand out because she was going down it too fast. The staff didn't do anything to help with the situation....she also suffered an abrasion or burn from the slide and didn't receive an ice pack or any assistance for that matter. My husband said "well there are only 'kids' working there". It seems an adult manager should be staffed at all times. You would think it would be standard policy to fill out an accident report but nothing. We won't come back. Don't feel safe with either the facility or the staff on hand. read more

I will NEVER take my child there again. The wanna be manager would not let my daughter in law pay for her daughter to come in, because she would not leave her coffee cup with juice outside. She is diabetic, with an insulin pump, and needs juice handy at all times. She even showed her the insulin pump.The angry manager told her they couldn't come in with it because it's outside food. Yet, she didn't say a word to the other 5 customers with various outside drinks, including a 1/2 gallon water jug. My son in-law called the police, who told them "We're too busy", yet when we told the manager to call the police, three cops show up and claim her medical necessities are not protected by discrimination laws. I called their crap and asked for the RCW. They shut up and proceeded to Criminal trespass my daughter in law's family. Jungle Playland is a filthy, unclean and discriminating business, and just lost at least two familys business. Not to mention several customers who witnessed the incident and said it's a disgrace. I have to tell you that I was really pleasantly surprised with Jungle Playland! It is like the COOLEST fast food place play area, but 10 times bigger, and VERY VERY VERY CLEAN!!!!! The girl working the counter was very nice. I have 3 kids it cost us $24, and we stayed for 3 hours!! I barely saw the kids, they were constantly sliding or climbing or running or playing, and if I had known I could have brought a book or a magazine to read while they played. I felt comfortable letting them run wild without watching them like a hawk because they are gathered in one central area, and we were all hand stamped when we came in and then checked when we left . There are clean tables to sit at that face the play areas. There are some arcade style video games and quarter rides for the little kids. There is a smaller play are for babies and toddlers over on the side away from the big play area. They have food you can order if kids get hungry, i think pizza and hot dogs, and maybe some chips and candy I think I saw. They also had fountain drinks and juice boxes, bottled water, all looked pretty reasonable in price. 3hours of play for 3kids @ $24 is such a bargain. We will definetley be back to this clean and friendly place!! One thing to remember, WEAR socks!! Even moms and dads, you will have to go drag your kids out when it is time to leave and they don't allow shoes past a certain point!! ALso all the slides and climb, play areas are big enough for adults so you can play too!! Oh and my kids fell asleep on the car ride home, and were in bed an hour early that night!! :) YES!!!! read more

I was very excited to take my daughter here for the first time, walking in it amazing! The place was so much fun I love that I was able to go in and play with my daughter and help her through the obstacles... But, the service is horrible, the lady in front was just in such a bad mood I walked in very excited and this lady is just looking at me like what am I doing here... So then I pay for my daughters entrance and I have trouble with my debit card getting approved so the lady with an attitude just tells me she has to do it manually cause that machine doesn't work... She made me feel like it was my fault and her knowing that machine doesn't work she could have just don't that in the first place... I really liked the place for a party so I grab a sheet with with their pricing and see the prices, so I see the prices for just regular days and for kids 2 and under its around $4 and 3 and up around $8 and I check my receipt and she charged me $9 for my two year old, so she didn't even bother asking me her age, it's not a lot of money but hey that almost a $5 difference, it's a church so I don't mind the price just the fact that she didn't even ask me bothers me.
