Overpriced but fun for young ones. My main complaint is my 12 year old came along with us so we could sit and chat ( mom / daughter date if you will ) while my youngest played and they still charged us $9 for her to sit at a table. Ridiculous! While my 5 year does have a good time, I would recommend lying your ass off if you have a tween tagging along, or just be a crappy parent and leave them at home unless you plan on paying for your teenager to simply sit in a chair and watch kids half their age running around like wild animals. For just under $20 I will likely spend my money elsewhere in the future...

Sometimes it can get crowded but my kids enjoy the facility and I can use the wi-fi to get caught up on some projects. Fun to experience!

i have been taking my kids here for years. Its normally a good experience. We moved to out of town about a year ago do we haven't been in awhile. today I Took a group of kids there and it was SO dirty. Inside where the kids play looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was so much dirt and even garbage on the floor. When we ordered food it took over 25 min for a corndog, and the high chair I got for my baby was filthy. Not impressed with how dirty the place was but the staff is very nice and welcoming.

    Toddler slides.

Place was busy and clean, staff was friendly and the food was decent. The prices were worth an afternoon break! Would definitely go back.

They were extremely difficult to work with and had such nasty attitudes the month leading up to our wedding and the day of our wedding. It is extremely sad that people can try to ruin your day that you've been planning for 18 months. This was the happiest day for us and they were so rude to us, our guests, and our other vendors. They should NOT be in the bartending business because they are unhappy people. Bartending at someones wedding should be such a fun and exciting experience, but they looked miserable and unhappy the whole night. I'm not sure if something is going on in their personal lives, but they took it out on us and that's not okay. We provided all of the alcohol and cups. They had to show up and pour alcohol. They were unhappy with the alcohol we provided, the cup sizes, etc. We had water stations around our venue for guests to pour themselves water throughout the night. My mom asked them for some glasses to put at one of the stations and Joseph told my mom (mother of the groom) to "fuck off" when she asked. We bought the cups? We hired them from 4-10pm. Yet, when they were setting up around 1pm, they were questioning if the groomsmen were drinking hard alcohol. We had hydration sticks that we were pouring in water. Anything prior to 4pm is not your business though and should've been the concern of the venue. Throughout the night, Copia was requiring everyone to drink a cup of water before allowing them to get a new drink. This is ridiculous. By the end of the night, my wife (bride) was so fed up with them, that she went up to the bar and told them to stop requiring people to drink water. She said that people will grab a glass of water if they want one and we also had 2 other water stations around the venue. That night, we went through 10 galloons of water and 360 water bottles. People were hydrating and NO ONE was overly intoxicated. We also had a 50 person party bus for the end of the night so everyone was being safe and responsible. After she asked them to stop having people grab water, they then took away the water and when people asked for water, they said "the bride is refusing me to serve water" or "don't tell the bride I'm giving you water". How manipulative and highly inappropriate. It just felt like they were out to get us. Overall, our day was gorgeous, but it's really sad to me that these people are bartenders and tried to ruin our day. You are a bartender? What a fun job?? If you are so miserable, you need a new career.

*They have removed our negative reviews from google review…read moreI've NEVER had a more negative experience with anyone in my life. I know a lot of these reviews are in regards to their actual event center, which I cannot speak to, BUT I can speak to their wedding bartending and it was HORRIFIC! My wedding was about 3 weeks ago, and I finally feel like I am in a space to review. For awhile, I was so sad by how our day transpired, that it was hard to think of the positives of our day. I've never met such hateful people, on what was supposed to be our happiest day. This is going to be a long detailed review, but we had so many bad experiences, that I want to make sure that I am as thorough as possible to help others getting married AVOID them at all cost. Disclaimer: we got married at Stepping Stones Garden and they required us to use their preferred bartenders. We had such a bad experience with them leading up to the wedding and tried to get out of our contract with the, but Stepping Stones would not allow it. Leading up to the wedding: - we had pre-arranged to have a separate "cocktail hour" bar for an hour. When we asked to do a separate bar they said "where do you think you're getting married, Seattle?". Even though Stepping Stones said that they've had Copia do separate cocktail hour bars many times before. So this comment just felt rude and unnecessary. Then, they were very difficult and said we could only have champagne. After getting Stepping Stones involved, we finally were able to get them to budge and have 2 beverages (white claws and white wine), which still seemed silly. - They told us that the bar would be closing at 9pm even though the wedding reception did not end until 10pm. After talking with Stepping Stones, they said this was odd and that they usually did last call at 9:30pm. We finally got them to budge on the ending time once we got stepping stones involved. - Overall, leading up to the wedding they had a very nasty demeanor. Working with them was truly the only thing that I was stressed about leading up to the wedding. I was hopeful that their nastiness was just before the wedding and not during the actual day, but boy was I wrong. Day of the wedding: - We provided all of the alcohol (beer, wine, seltzer) and cups. My godfather is a beer salesman so he graciously provided us with the alcohol. When he arrived the morning of the wedding to drop off, Copia would not accept all of it. If the alcohol didn't get used, we planned on taking it back? As soon as my mom arrived with 10oz and 16 oz plastic cups for the beer and wine Copia was immediately frustrated and said they would not be using our cups, even though they did not specify a size we needed to purchase. The contract did NOT state a cup size. -In our contract, we paid extra for the cocktail bar to be open for one whole hour. Copia had the cocktail hour bar open for 15-30minutes. They allowed everyone to get 1 drink. As soon as there wasn't a line, they shut it down. My parents (MOB and FOB) went up to the cocktail hour bar during this time and asked for a drink where they were told no. They then went to the main bar to get a drink, where again they were told no. They did NOT communicate to us that they'd shut down after everyone got a drink. My poor parents were busy helping us that the got out to cocktail hour late and were refused. -I was very clear that I wanted people drinking out of glassware during dinner, but then switched over to plastic cups once we were on the dance floor so that glass didn't get broken. I think they were so mad at us for getting the wrong size plastic cups, so they didn't end up requiring people to use plastic. There were beer glasses and wine glasses on the dance floor, which in result, we had broken glass on the dance floor while people were dancing barefoot. - Joseph told my husbands mom (MOG) to "f*ck off", when she asked for more plastic cups to put out at the water station. We paid for the cups. - Throughout the night, Copia was requiring everyone to drink a cup of water before allowing them to get a new drink. This is ridiculous. By the end of the night, I was so fed up with them, that I went up to the bar and told them to stop requiring people to drink water. I said that people will grab a glass of water if they want one and we also had 2 other water stations around the venue. That night, we went through 10 galloons of water and 360 water bottles. Looking for a place to stay as my husband, our little girl dog and I are traveling from Tumwater,…read moreWa to Vancouver, Canada, this seemed like a good stop for us as my husband didn't want to make the full drive and I really dislike arriving at a hotel at 10 pm or later. So I found this Candlewood Suites Burlington on my hotels.com app and decided to book a night to stay here. This hotel was surprisingly very affordable for a Saturday evening with only being $129 (prior to tax) and offers quite a spacious room with a king size bed. The pet fee was only $20 and we were very happy to have found out that they offer complementary dryer and washer for use (you just have to use your own detergent and dryer sheets). This was very helpful, as we ended up doing a load in the washer and then divided our load into 2 dryers (since no one was using them and it is faster to dry jeans this way from your other clothes). There are 3 washers to use and 4 dryers available. We checked in around 6:15 pm by a friendly employee. She gave us our keys and then we unloaded our car (they have luggage dollies at the front) and headed to our room, which was on the first floor. We had a kitchen and a full size fridge and microwave in our room, a fairly good size bathroom with plenty of counter space (I always dislike when bathrooms have so little counter space), Dove brand bath products, Dove soap bar, TV and desk that I was able to set up my laptop. The WiFi was fast and very happy that it never dropped while I was taking a test to earn a certification in my profession (I only had one attempt and so I was little nervous wondering if I would get dropped but I never did. Oh and I did pass for anyone that is wondering). Although there is no breakfast provided, you do have a kitchen in your room that you can use, which we did. So that wasn't a problem for us. Now one thing I do want to mention is that the walls between rooms are thin, as I heard neighbors around us. Also there is a train that seems to run at all hours of the day and evening, as I heard them throughout the evening. I am a pretty light sleeper so I didn't sleep that well but my husband (who is a heaver sleeper) was just fine. I have stayed at a bed and breakfast in Texas where there was a train nearby and that train was incredibly loud. This train wasn't nearly as loud but do want to mention this for those that may find this to be a problem. Because of the train and the thin walls, I am a bit indifferent and not sure if I would stay here again. But to us, there does seem to be more pros than cons. Overall, I would still rate this hotel 4 stars.

The room was moderately comfortable and we appreciated having a laundry facility. On the downside, there were two washing machines but one wasn't working. We wish the little convenient shop near the lobby was better stocked with some fresh food items. The pet area is not well monitored and several guests did not pick up after their pet. Lastly the parking spots are too narrow.

The new contact for sales was lazy and did not have very good customer service skills. They ARE in the middle of renovation. There are multiple fire code violations, still painting the walls, restrooms not kept to the point the trash was over flowing, sticky floors, no toilet paper or hand towels and soap. When we arrived the room we rented was not even set up. the carpet had been ripped up and replaced with laminate flooring which made the acoustics for having meetings difficult. The coffee was cold and the water was murky. when parking our van for class we found two vehicles with there windows busted in. which resulted in us parking our van with equipment off site because of lack of security. In addition the building was not locked up in the evening after our class. And even though our contract said we had the use of the space for a certain period of time, somehow we aways had to go to the front desk to get the building open. This place has gone down hill and i would caution anyone who is thinking about using this space to reconsider.

We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. I have documented the hazards and the incident with photos and video, and I am reporting this to the proper authorities.
