Our group comprised of three families with adults, teens, and young children. It was all of our first times traveling to Cancun so I wanted to find a private tour for my large group. Booking with them through their website was easy and they were very quick to communicate via email. Leading up to the tour, we had some travel delays, but after updating Rod and their team of our situation, they were very accommodating. Kat was our guide and Pepe was our driver. Kat was informative during our guided walk of Chichen Itza and also accommodating of our last minute concerns and needs. Pepe was a great driver and got us to our destinations swiftly and safely. Marveling at the ruins at Chichen Itza and learning more about the history of Mayan culture and the way life might have been like at the time was very interesting. Kat took photos during our entire tour and later shared them via Google. A plus for our group as we LOVE photos. On our way to Cenote Samaal, we requested a stop for some fresh coconut water. They were quick to find a vendor on the side of the road. Pepe also got out and helped cut the coconuts for the 12 of us. Very impressed with his initiative and helpfulness. The coconuts were so refreshing after walking around in the sun at Chichen Itza! Admission, locker access, life jackets, and lunch were provided for us at Cenote Samaal. Everyone in our group enjoyed swimming in the cenote. The lunch buffet was a favorite among the adults in our group as we got to get a taste of Yucatan cuisine. There was something for everyone on this tour and I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to Cancun and wanting to get more than just a tour of Chichen Itza, but an experience of what the Yucatan area has to offer. My wife is not…read morea confident snorkeller but with help from Luis and Limbert she went out into quite a rough sea to see the turtles and then snorkelled over some deep water in the cenote/caves. We both thoroughly enjoyed the half day trip and would recommend it to anyone. Limbert was a very knowledgeable guide and told us a lot about the history of Mexico on the drive down. Both were quite close to Playa Del Carmen/ Playacar so the longest drive was around thirty minutes. I got some great photos and at the end of the trip we were sent a Google Drive of the photos that Limbert had taken.

Great company to go and swim with whale sharks. Keep in mind these are only here in season…read more (Starting around June 1st - September 15th) The downside to coming to Mexico to swim with the Whale Sharks is you have to wear those ridiculous life vests, but in Isla Mujeres it's almost a guaranteed sighting. Due to government regulations no free diving . The life vest makes it seem like more of a tourist trap than pelagic adventures in other countries. Still a great experience to be in the water with such magical creatures.

The boat ride to get to the sharks can be long (approx. 1 - 1.5 hours) but worth it. Our guide Felipe explained what we can do and what we cant do once we get to the whale sharks. Once a whale shark was spotted, the captain dropped us in the water, perfectly positioned to see the whale shark. Once we returned, we stopped at Playa Norte (some the prettiest water I have ever seen in my life) and they made some fresh ceviche for everyone on board. What a great day and I would recommend their services to anyone.

For Tulum and Turtles our tour guide was Luis and our driver was Rodrigo. For the Cenotes, our tour guide was Arturo and our driver was Enrique. Both guides were exceptional and both drivers took good care of us. Booking online was simple and their communication about the tours, both confirming the tours before we left home and same day communication about pickup, was excellent. Our hotel turned out to be a headache about letting outside tour companies onto the property, and we ran into some real meet up issues because of it, but the team was super responsive and got it sorted quickly. It all worked out in the end, and honestly that kind of responsiveness under pressure told us a lot about how they run things. We started our Tulum tour early to beat the crowds and heat (highly recommend!). Luis guided us through Tulum and made sure we stayed hydrated the whole time, which matters more than people think when you're out in that heat. His knowledge of the area, the flora, the fauna, the history, was genuinely impressive, and he had this rare ability to be educational and entertaining at the same time without ever feeling like a lecture. At our turtle excursion he schlepped our gear and made sure we didn't forget anything, none of which was his job, he just did it because that's who he is. I was also practicing my broken Spanish throughout the trip, and Luis never once made me feel dumb or embarrassed when I got it wrong, which I really appreciated. For our next tour, Arturo took us to the cenotes. When he picked us up, he suggested we visit a different cenote than what we'd originally booked. I was a little skeptical, figured he just wanted a shorter drive. I was completely wrong. The cenote he picked instead allowed us to have two totally different types of experiences that we would have missed entirely otherwise, and I'm glad we trusted him. At Cenote Jaguar, Arturo gave our kids real time and space to jump and play, which ended up being a highlight of the whole trip for them. At Cenote Dos Ojos, claustrophobia was a real concern for us. But Arturo's tour through the caves was informative and calm enough that we felt genuinely safe the entire time. Between the logistics, the guides, and how they handled a hiccup that wasn't even their fault, these two tours were one of the best parts of our trip.

I hung out in the shade so my husband could finish the tour, then Eddy got me out of the ruins so fast and back to Rodrigo. We had to cancel the cenote due to my heat exhaustion but they were so understanding and patient and got us back to our resort quickly. The week before leaving to Cancun, I was browsing the Cancun Best Discount website and as I was browsing (which I had already spent about 30 minutes on the website looking at what to choose) Martha contacted me. Martha was wonderful! She asked me what I was interested in doing and provided recommendations. We booked 3 tours with Martha: Tour #1: Whale Shark Adventure Tour #2: Coba Mayan Encounter Tour #3: Selvatica Air Assault Once we were booked, our confirmations were sent to us immediately. When we were in Cancun, Martha called our hotel room to confirm pick up times for our tours. On day 4 we had to change our Selvatica Gimme All tour to the Air Assault tour since we couldn't do an 8 hour tour. Martha was able to change the tour without a problem and refund the difference in tickets immediately! Talk about incredible customer service! All tours were AMAZING! Swimming with whale sharks was incredible! The group was small with about 8 people. We swam with about 20 whale sharks (I swear I am not kidding). Even though my husband and I do not get sea sickness, we did on this trip so make sure to take dremamine. While you are waiting for your turn to go in the water with the whale sharks you sit on the boat and it rocks A LOT! We were lucky to have spotted the whale sharks about 45 minutes into the trip and we were one of the boats to get to the whale sharks so we had a lot of time taking turns to swim with them. If you do this tour, you have to be in good shape since there is current and you have to keep up with the whale sharks - trust me they aren't as slow as they look. After the whale shark swim which was an incredible experience, we set out to eat a ceviche lunch docked at Playa Mujeres was a great relaxation after a day of chasing whale sharks. The Mayan Coba Encounter was great! The tour guide Isreal, zip lining, repelling into a cenote and climbing up Coba was remarkable. Our Mayan buffet lunch was tasty. The Selvatica Air Assault is for the young, adventurous heart. My husband and I were the only ones who chose that tour so we had 4 tour guides all to ourselves! The attention and interaction we had with our guides was so personalized. I could have done without all of the bridges in the tour, but our guides, the bungee and superman zip lines made it all worth it. I have traveled a lot and I must say this has been THE BEST tour and customer service experience EVER!! All of these tours are a MUST DO! I would call Martha and Cancun Best Discounts in a heart beat when vacationing in Cancun again.

If you break down the ticket price by the activities included, it's actually a solid overall value. But let's be clear: this is not a 5-Diamond experience. The food is the biggest letdown. The buffet is nothing special--average at best. The fries, in particular, are almost always cold and soggy, thanks to a heating system that doesn't keep up, even when food is freshly made. It's the kind of food that fills you up but doesn't leave an impression. A few tips to help you make the most of your trip: * Buy tickets online in advance - This helps you skip the lines and sometimes score a small discount. * Avoid visiting during election season - Due to Mexican law, no alcohol is served during this time, even at tourist locations. Then they tried to insinuate that it was our fault that we missed our bus a 5-minute checkout turned into a 30 minute checkout because a f****** on their part. on the drive back from xoximilco, there was a group of about 10 people that were clearly intoxicated, being very disruptive and nothing was done about it. Skip the timeshare presentation they told us that we would get a $400 massage and it turned out to be maybe a $70 massage also they say it's an hour and a half from beginning to end and it took over 2 1/2 hours. The all-inclusive is definitely worth it if you eat a lot and drink a lot which is something we did. on our last night there we went to restaurant that supposedly had the tomahawk steaks come to find out they didn't they had sent their meats to another restaurant so that was very disappointing.
