We had never been told of any unpaid balance, and we paid what was asked before we left the office. For good measure, they tagged on some late fees (even though they never notified us of bills and had literally over a year of visits to inform us in person). Further, they fell out of our network years ago, and never told us. They claim they are not obligated to tell us, but they even hid the additional costs that resulted from out-of-network charges until over a year later..and then they just lumped it all into a big bill with late fees. Totally unprofessional and unscrupulous... Too bad, because we kind of liked the dentist (and we loved the hygienist).

So I wait..Then that date was pushed out again by another 2 weeks, and a week before that second reschedule, I received a call saying the Dr. is retiring and can't see me anymore; they want me to go somewhere else. There were so many different ways to go about this and none of those ways were established. Waiting two months was ridiculous but seemed worth it, being pushed out was disappointing, and being cancelled on altogether is infuriating. If they were honest from the beginning saying he may or may not be able to see you because he may or may not be retiring would have been much better than blind siding patients. The other thing is i have a broken tooth and it was an ER, i received an appointment the next day and then received a call saying he could not see me and i had to wait until the next day. Every time I am there and on time they put me in the chair and have to sit there for an hour before I can see Dr Tran and no one evens come in to say a word. It was never like this in 2020. I feel ripped off, there is no flexible partial and i have photo of it and the paper work but would help me the billing gal today was so rude I can't believe she is still there.
