As I waited for my order, everyone there couldn't have been nicer & as I looked thru the display case, cane upon a beautiful looking delicacy. The baker/owner i believe explained that it was a pizza type pastry made with Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread) & the customer standing behind me exclaimed "they are amazing!". I bought one & it was so delicious & incredibly interesting flavours including, yes, pizza but the spicy honey drizzled on top took it over the edge! Fantastic.
