All six of our kids have had work done, from brakes to suspension, a/c, electrical, you name it. I'm critical about whoever the person is that touches our cars and they've proven every single time they deserve my trust. They've always been incredibly fair, they source great replacement parts and they always amaze me how fast they can turn even the complex jobs. Pricing has always been excellent, too. They take their time to explain everything they worked on, show you the old parts and are really patient in doing so. They've recently added a new mechanic, George, and he is equally friendly and eager to help. He's also got a great skillset brings even more quality to the shop. They've watched my kids grow up and know us all by name. While most any other shop is happy to take your money for even the simplest car needs, they encourage and teach my kids to do the simpler stuff themselves that don't really require proffessional service. That alone tells you how reputable they are. Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.
