Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.

When we arrived our car was already pulled in, and a sheet of what needed to be done was printed. Talked with them for a while, very honest in saying that our battery looks as if it was still under warranty, and advised we double check before purchasing a new one with them. They did complete an oil change, which was quick and affordable. Will say the online/website discounts were not honored at this location. So double check first if trying to compare pricing with other businesses.

Evidently these Goodyear dealers do not use the same system. I told him the warranty was in my vehicle but he said that didn't matter because they do not honor the Goodyear warranty. Said it would be $40 bucks. Huh? Why is your business called Goodyear and have huge signs out front? Anyway. It tried to show them what it says on the Goodyear website: Warranty Information Lifetime Tire Rotation Lifetime Tire Rotation on new tire purchases of Goodyear, Dunlop, and Kelly products. Good for the life of the usable tire tread (2/32"). Present the warranty brochure provided by the dealer at time of purchase at any Tire & Service Network location for a free tire rotation every six months or 6,000 miles. (Vehicles requiring mounting or demounting of tires to perform rotation excluded.) That's when the owner and manager got hostile. Threatening me and calling me cheap. Manager said do you even have a job? I swear if my truck wasn't on that lift he would have seen a whole different side of me. Long story short If you bought Goodyear tires somewhere else they will not honor your warranty. If you call them out you may end up in a fight. So, I'm out another $400 and of course it still doesn't work. I'm done, forget it... not wanting to pour any more money into an old car. I'll go back to my old mechanic in the future.
