They found issues with my car other than what I brought it in for and presented them to me. Came in for coolant leak and they found the brake pads were far too worn. Quick turnaround time as well. Honest Mechanic. Don't hear that often! If ever actually. This guy is... The most incredible, most amazing, totally legit, super fantastic, skilled out the wazoo, intelligent, and most honest mechanic on the planet! His price is better, his quality is superior. I was treated SO well, I'd buy em' a fruit cake for Christmas every year!!! LOL Okay here's the story. So I had been here a time or two for low cost, easy stuff that wasn't a big deal. They did great, price was good, stayed fixed and they figured out what was wrong in a short time. K no biggie. Good job. Now.... Here it is, this is what made this the only repair shop I will ever go to. I'd drive 3758 miles if I had to! So I went out and bought a fancy Cadillac now knowing..man those are expensive maintaining, but anyway. I wanted to make sure it was taken care of Right! From "REAL" pros that knew ALL about caddies to prevent future problems. So off to the dealership I went. They looked over my car and told me it was blah blah and that the part and labour would run $1,400 something. I was like WHOA! Okay I'm going to have to wait and repair it after I save some cash. So on my way home I drove by Nykaza's and thought hmmm. Wonder if they could do it if I show them what the dealership printed out for me. Maybe save a hundred bucks or so. So..went in gave em my keys and the printed out paper from the dealership w/ a detailed description along with the price. Asked if they could do it and the price they would charge. They told me they would look at it and give me a call. Called 2hrs later, "Mr. Daniel?" I said, "yes" they said, "well looked over your car and the part the dealership said they were going to fix...well your car/model doesn't even have that part. We found out what was ACTUALLY wrong with it." I'm like... so confused and preparing for them to totally rip me off. "What's actually wrong is ... blah blah and it will be $236....." WAIT WHAT?!!!!!! I was stunned. I said, "DO IT." When I dropped it off, I told them I knew nothing about cars, I told them what the dealership said and what it would cost, they could have EASILY said they fixed the part Cadillac said was wrong and charged a thousand buckaroos! NOPE, they DID NOT lie, they DID NOT try to con me. They fixed it my caddy for $236. Done! And get this... drove that car for a year in a half. The problem never came back. I have taken every car, told every relative/friend this is the only mechanic I will ever go to. His wife works the counter and will be so kind your whole day will feel at ease and happy. You will leave knowing you are in good hands with a honest, certified master mind of automobiles! TRUST ME. GO HERE! I do not care how long you have to wait, just do it. I was desperate to take my parents car somewhere I could trust to have it repaired. I was in another state and was going to have to have it towed to wherever I found to take it, then go pick it and drive it back with me. My father used to take all our Toyotas to Nykaza and as a car guy, I trusted him implicitly when it came to his word so I tried getting in touch with them. While the staff tried really hard to be helpful, once I was put in touch with the owner and found out who I was related to, he told me that he would not be helping me and good luck on finding someone else. I told him that my father was in a nursing home with dementia and any falling out they might have had I am sure was brought on by this and I just needed someone I could trust to help me. Paraphrasing, he more or less said it wouldn't be him. I ended up taking it to Toyota of Fort Worth instead and they did the job right, were very accommodating to have it sit for a couple of days while I was traveling. It was pretty disappointing to say the least that even if you are a paying customer, that if someone doesn't like your parent, that they won't serve you. I was speechless and heartbroken seeing how my mother had just passed as well and just needed some local help to get her car drivable, to get it back home. Such a pleasant experience even starting from the first call where the lady on the other end was soooo sweet and helpful and let me know they were open and to drop by! Drop off was easy and I was in and out in minuets. They diagnosed my vehicle quickly and called with the results. Although it wasn't the news I wanted to hear, I was expecting it. He broke the news gently and even explained everything twice so that i could understand. I chose to not continue with repairs based on age and mileage of vehicle so I can't review much in terms of repairs, but a good family friend said he wouldn't take his cars anywhere but here for repairs so this place came highly recommended!! read more

I've been taking my own and my mom's MERCEDES (2008 and 2012) here for years. They are honest and trustworthy and know what they're doing. I don't believe they do tire work, alignment etc. and they also don't have bagels in the waiting area or loaner cars like the fancy dealership. However, they more than make up for it in pricing. I just drop my car off, take an Uber home and done!! They use OEM parts only and high-quality motor oils so nothing to worry about here. I would definitely recommended them over any chaotic and pricey dealership! It's nice to have an honest neighborhood garage in Fort Worth! They work on most imports and domestic cars and Melanie is very nice. She even gave me a ride home once!! read more
