Came to my house and took the power steering return line and high pressure line out of my steering…read morerack after it formed a serious rust bond. It was not an easy job and definitely not for the weak but he got it done. He was professional throughout the whole process and made sure to do everything the right way. His price was more than fair as well!

He had done my front brakes on my car & said my tie rods needed to be done. I asked him if he could…read moredo that, he said yes but I'll need an alignment after, which is no biggie, but yeah, I'd like to get that done too soon. Then he left for a month, funeral or something, which is understandable. Then he texts me about a month later asking if I needed anything else done, which I said yeah, the tie rods would be great. He has me order the parts & then sets up a day to come over. Ok cool I'm thinking, I get everything planned out, parts are delivered, I let him know & he says he'll be by in 3 days after 6pm. An hour before he's supposed to be there he texts that his daughter is sick & he is starting to feel sick too & he will get a hold of me when he figures out his schedule. 3 days goes by with nothing, I text him finally to find out what's going on & that I'm probably going to have to find a real mechanic to do the work & he says he won't be able to work on my car because life overwhelmed him this past week/weekend. So, now I have a box of parts from Rock Auto that I think I need on my car, but not sure.

These guys are by far the best auto repair place in mid Michigan area ! I've taken two trucks to…read morethem and had major repairs done. One had 4wd problems & one shop here in Harrison was quoting $1000 before they even started. These did a complete exam & charged me less than $100 to fix a simple repair. The other truck was a different story, I just had a truck rebuilt & had spent big money from front to back rebuilds. The rear diff was going bad & I knew it was gonna cost me. Looked around & was getting prices around $2000 and that was on putting a used one in from a junkyard. Took it to these guys & got the whole thing rebuilt for less than a grand. Also my rebuilt engine was springing all kinds of leaks including a rear main seal . The place I had the work done was in the Detroit area. Knowing they didn't do a great job the first time & already taking it back twice, I called Lake to see what they could do. As always, he took great care of me , actually replaced almost every gasket in the engine & fixed it right the first time. I work in an auto parts store, so I deal with shops everyday. One thing I can tell you, if you can find a good shop that isn't looking to over charge you, your lucky. Not only do they guys charge a better than fair rate, their work is top notch . That's the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, not only to give these guys their due but to help people find a good repair place . Can't say how lucky I was to find them !!!!!

They were upfront about costs, showed us pictures of the problem through their app, and worked hard to get it fixed before we had to leave. What really stood out was Mike giving us a ride back to our camper and even dropping our truck off when it was done--that was a huge stress relief since we had no other transportation. They provided great service, and if we ever need service again in the Ludington area, we'd definitely go back to them.

The mechanic from Dave's who checked it noted it was in amazing condition and well maintained. We have loved the vehicle. Brian stood behind the purchase above and beyond. We had a AC fan issue during the test drive and Brian took it apart and thought he had fixed. Upon purchase he gave me a 3 month guarantee on this repair, he wanted to make sure it was right for us. We did end up needing to cash in on the voucher and he went to work, finding a small hole in the hose. Brian Clark is very knowledgeable, kind, fair and great to work with. I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make it a great car for us.
