This place does not operate in good faith. I want to start off with I did try to handle this…read moreprivately with them. I went in to speak my concern with brake work that had been done and what I was charged for. They took pictures and stated that I would hear from someone on Monday (this was early Friday). I took my 3500 truck in to have a vibration looked at. Told them to inspect the suspension and brakes. They called and told me the front rotors were warped and the rears were glazed. They recommended to replace front and rear pads/rotors. I asked if the calipers were fine, Alexis stated they were fine. This is the first time I spoke with her, I started with Philip the manager. I agreed to have them do the front and rear pads/rotors. First thing the next morning I get another call from Alexis stating that all 4 calipers need to be replaced. I asked what changed since the inspection the previous day where I was told they were fine. She stated that they were all seized. They stated an additional almost $1800 for the calipers only. I declined and stated to just put it back together and I will pick it up early afternoon. Shortly after hanging up I received another call back from Alexis. She stated she was still going to have to charge me for the front and rear pads/rotors since I authorized this the previous day and that the work had already been performed. I acknowledged and was ok with this since I did approve the work. I arrived at the shop at 1:05, early afternoon like I stated. My truck is on the lift with rear and front tires off. I go in to ask for my truck, she stated that I said early afternoon for pick up. 1:05 is early afternoon to me. I asked why there is still old rotors on the back when I was told on the phone that the front and rear pad/rotors were already replaced. Alexis told me that they took the new stuff back off and put the old back on. I inquired about the logic behind this. The manager, Philip stepped over. I said to put it back together and I will pay for the work that had been done. I ended up paying for front pads/rotors. She stated they were having a hard time getting the calipers back on the front since there is new pads. I went to Art's auto and picked up all four calipers to change them out the next morning. When I took the front calipers off, I was shocked to see the lack of work performed. On the invoice I was charged 269.98 for pads/rotors which "includes cleaning and lubrication of brake components." They put brand new pads on, did not replace the shims with the new ones, nor did they clean or lubricant the old existing. They did not clean the slide pins at all. I went in and spoke to Alexis about this. Philip was off that day. I brought the old calipers in to show this lack of work that I was charged for. When I came in, I was polite, asked to speak about my bill and a concern I have to work that was done. I asked to speak in private so the waiting room people would not hear about the kind of work that was done. I was told that I would hear back from either Philip or his boss Dan. I did not hear back from either about my concerns of doing honest, good faith work. I 100% will not trust this place to do work again, nor would I recommend anyone else use them unless it's just putting tires on. I attempted to allow them to make it right and hear my concerns, which they chose not to do either. Disappointed to say the least. I wish this would let me post the pictures of how nasty the shims and slide pins were.

I arrived at precision and the manager asked Vinny if he could take a minute to look at my Prius. He took off the part for me so I could continue driving. They did not charge a thing yet I heard the manager tell Vinny that he would clock him back in if he would take a look at my car before he went to lunch. They completed the service I had requested. I would give this business five star any day. I've only had this happen a few times in my life. Wonderful Shop and wonderful people. It is kind people that make the world go around and I am happy to say that these folks are some of them. Thank you so much!

This was after not knowing my name or appointment, then finding the schedule, ahem. Steve the receptionist was throwing his hands up saying they're too busy now . . . but maybe could fit me in later . . . but probably not. Then asked, "Hey, wanna come in another day?" No Steve, no I don't. Again, I'll take the blame but Steve spoke to me so rudely and acted so defeated that I and my family will not return. After over 15 years of service, it was that bad.

Conventional oil changes start at $35.99 and include a bevy of more service than your standard oil change. They check and top off all the fluids, check lights, tires, and even vacuum your floors. When you're all said and done, there is a free car wash to boot. Staff is incredibly helpful and don't really try to sell you too many extras like other shops. Air filter was definitely bad but the attendant said it wasn't "pressing." I decided to change the filter anyways. Will definitely return.

The dealer gave me a credit to exchange the tires (if under 500 miles on them), and buy what I like . I had a new set of Michelins put on in place of the mud and snows at Belle Tire where the mud and snows were put on. The dealer picked up the cost of the exchange. At 55 to 75 mph the car (a Lexus), shook all over the road. Given the attitude of the people at Belle Tire on recommendation from a friend I took the car to Belleroc Tire. These guys are great! They took the car in, took all the tires off the car, rebalanced all four and didn't charge me a dime! The car doesn't shake a bit now and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend Belleroc to anyone needing tires and expert service.

I picked up the car after the shop was closed and discovered they had completely disregarded what I had asked them to do and replaced the rear brakes. I called to complain and the manager told me they did what they thought was more important and what I asked for didn't matter. Never again.
