excellent service. dinner was average, pork chop, steak, ravioli, and some pasta dish. I don't remember. They were fine, but nothing exceptional or even really really good.

Filet mignon is awesome, i recommend medium rare it's the best. I go to Juniper quite often and the service is always consistent, quick, and great. Atmosphere is very nice, dim lighted, and chic

DC saved me with a last minute reservation as my mind slipped and did not make one?! We walked in and was sat right away where Scoie welcomed us with a smile :) Food was tasty and the place was cozy. The night went well and we left super happy!

We went for dinner during our trip to Beaver Creek. It was on a weekday and this place was busy,…read moretables filled up pretty quick! I love the rustic cabin decor in the dinning room, very warm and cozy vibe. Our server Brett is great, informative and very patience with us. Soup of the Day was Beef & Vegetable and it was pretty good. On the entrees, we went with the grilled wild game meats. Hubby got the Elk Combo (Elk Chop, Grilled Quail, Jackalope sausage). The chop cooked just right, tasty sausage and the quail was delicious. I had the Elk Tenderloin, it was flavorful but I should have ordered medium rare instead of medium as it was overdone to my liking :P

Not necessarily the most high in food nor is it expected. Which is ok. It Has a cool old school bar steakhouse feel to it. The last 25 years that I have been eating there it definitely has dwindled considerably over the years, but tonight was by far the worst and completely unacceptable. I took my dad out for his 76th birthday and was embarrassed by the lack of quality the food had, when it was brought to their attention they gave pretty much 2 shits. My fathers Grilled chicken was a 6 oz chicken breast cut in half to be paper thin and then grilled, why who knows, I am gonna assume they lost the ticket for a hot minute, he could barely cut the chicken when it did finally cut it legitimately crumbled and had zero seasoning I mean Zero. The burger was again seasoned with incompetence, the fries were or had been re dropped in the fryer at least 3-4 times completely saturated nothing but oil pockets... my wife got the steak bites and you couldn't even chew through it. A 5 year old has more talent cooking than what is being produced out of that place. It was legitimately insulting being fed food of that quality and believing it was acceptable. When it was brought up to them that is it was unacceptable the manager who has been there since the dawn of time "obviously burt out"...Clearly he dose not care what is produced out of there. Started telling me this is how they do it and that buffalo is a lean bland meat bla bla bla, sorry sir but I am not gonna tell you that I know food inside and out. It's what I do... so while you're feel good and confident about blowing smoke up peoples asses about your so called food knowledge and looking like a completely uneducated liar. Maybe just maybe listen to your customers and comp them when a comp is due. Because you and I both know it was trash. I would have rather taken $200 and flushed it down the toilet.......

We weren't asked if we wanted it split - this made it $25, which was not worth it. I opted for the table side cacio e pepe which was super cheesey and also had delicious pork belly blended in. My husband had the burger which was 2 larger patties combined - we only wished it could've been cooked more medium rare because the flavor of the meat had so much potential! We weren't hungry for dessert but the table next to us got a unique mason jar dessert that looked like it was packed with chocolatey goodness. This restaurant is inside the Westin, and you can park in the garage and get your ticket validated.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing recommendations. We started off with the bread and fondue. The fondue was a big hit with our table, and the cheese was so tasty. The bread was also good, and had a nice unique taste. For mains I tried some of the following: -steak frites: delicious and cooked perfectly, and a huge portion of delicious fries -mussels: definitely a miss, and tasted a bit too salty and the sizes were pretty inconsistent -filet: amazing -mushroom ravioli: absolutely horrible, literally the worst ravioli I've ever had -cacio e pepe: sooo tasty, but tastes was more like carbonara vs a traditional cacio e pepe. I liked the presentation and really loved the pork too. I would definitely recommend sticking with the meats here, as the pasta and seafood were major misses (except the cacio e Pepe was amazing) Overall a solid option for a nicer meal, but not the greatest place ever.

I'm leaving yet another... 5 star review for The Pullman because every year I come dine at this…read morerestaurant I am blown away. First off, the most notable thing about this experience was the genuinely most amazing waitress I think I have ever encountered, Grace. Grace was the kindest soul, she took such amazing care of us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Me and my family will go out to eat now and say "she was good but not as good as Grace". Second off, The food was AMAZING per usual. I had the Wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly, I usually hate going out for steak because I find it to never be seasoned as much as I'd like but this took the cake. The blue cheese dip with chips was so delicious, like possibly one of the best things we have ever tasted. We also tried to carrot cake sorbet which I know sounds odd but it was so delicious, you can tell the kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into this food. My husband got the special, which was like a Turkish ricotta stuffed pasta and it was AMAZING. Even my sister who got the wagyu burger, AMAZING. My only critique was the hostess was very rude to my family for no reason when we walked in which almost turned my parents off from trying to the most amazing restaurant. Luckily, the service got amazing after that. Everyone was so kind and helping everyone, just a great atmosphere. They also had the Knicks game playing which was great haha. I can't wait to come back next summer for my favorite meal despite living states away we will always make it back to The Pullman.

I started with the pickled deviled eggs - little vinegar taste with a slightly sweet filling is a perfect combination. 10/10 The Steak Tartare is unlike any tartare I've ever had before. It comes on this homemade tater-tot that's shaped kind of like a piece of bread or a cracker. I wasn't expecting it, but it made the dish. There is some sort of sauce drizzled, which tastes like an egg yolk base. I scraped it with my fork so I could eat all of it! So delicious! Finished with the Pierogies. Handmade, thin wrappers with perfect, delicious filling. It comes in a bowl with an amazing sauce I couldn't get enough of. I literally used a spoon to drink it! If you're in town, get a reservation - they are very busy!!! It's worth it!

Savory porcini beignets - decent and would be much better without the cold cream under.
