And then there's the case of my last situation, where a tenant's garbage wasn't picked up by their regular garbage service on their assigned day and they refused to return until the following week! They had just moved in and there was lots of trash! It's not normally something that a junk hauling company will do, but this had to be done quickly and by somebody who would not take advantage. Mike Watkins agreed to come empty the trash in two garbage cans for my tenant on a busy day when he could have said, "no, we don't do that!" ...like two other companies told me.
