He was able to do the job the next day after contacting him. He communicated with me very well through Yelp messages and in person to make sure we were all on the same page. The job took 3 hours with 2 people to remove a huge spa (333 gal). He was very careful with removing the pieces of the spa shell, and he was also able to cut up the spa into smaller pieces since my walk way to the front was very narrow. He was very respectful of my property. He drained the water and cleaned up very well after the job was done. No trash left behind! Anyways, here it is: spoke to Lena on Tuesday 3/22 afternoon and confirmed our appointment for Wednesday 3/23 3pm to pick up some trash as I am moving my office (please see screenshot). It's probably a small job for them (she quoted me $225). On the day of, I got a missed call from her at 12:27pm then she followed with a text message at 12:29pm stating she won't be able to make it (please see the screenshot I've attached). I was already on my way to meet and have plan the day around this so I can take care of it. I've called her back, left a nice and calm voicemail then follow with a text, no response. I put myself in the business owner's shoes, I understand I'm not your only customer and I understand that you may run behind with other jobs. It is one thing to cancel last minute (2.5 hrs before) but another to completely ignore my call and text. Because of that, I had to find another business to take on the job for another day. That caused me a lot of inconvenience since I've planned my day around our meeting and I had to drive back again on another day (which is an hr 15 min away each way).
