It is a tiny place with limited parking. But since they are "hidden" in the back, they were not busy when I got there. It was my first time there and I didn't know what the process is. I parked and walked to the front. There was only one worker there. His name was Michael. I asked him how does it work. He helped me while telling me what to do. Michael was very fast, friendly and patient with me. After he weighed all my recyclables, he had me to go to the front with him so that he can show me how he got the price. Very honest of him.
