It's been 6 hours since my requests and other companies still haven't responded! We were able to set an appointment for SAME DAY! He gave me a 4-6 window but arrived ON TIME. Scheduling was a breeze, and I made an appointment over text with an estimate after providing pictures for the next day. He explained to me why if the estimate would fluctuate (based on if he would need to use the trailer or not dependent upon the size of our items needing removal) and he stuck true to his word. Sydney came out and I found him to be polite / prompt / and professional. The job entailed cinderblock, stucco, plants and auto part debris clean up and haul away after an impaired driver went halfway through a privacy wall on my property a few days ago. He took care of everything I asked on both sides of the wall, and did a fantastic job sweeping the parking pads and driveway of all the residual debris. For anyone looking for a junk hauler, look no further. This was my first time using a junk hauling service and it won't be my last, especially since Martin with Junk Ousters made the entire process from start to finish so easy. I first contacted another company, one that had the most Yelp reviews. They weren't able to accommodate my special request, which was to have some stuff hauled away from my business within 24 hours in preparation for a construction project to begin. So I went ahead and sent out a mass quote request on Yelp, and Junk Ousters was the first to respond, within minutes. It turned out, after several more quotes came in, that Junk Ousters had the lowest quote by far which in my opinion was the most fair given the amount of work that had to be done. I scheduled directly on Yelp and immediately received a text confirmation from Martin for the following day. He even offered to do it the same day, but I needed some extra time to gather all my stuff together. Martin gave me an arrival window of 4pm-6pm but ended up arriving right at 4pm after texting me his ETA. My pile of stuff to be hauled ended up being smaller than I originally expected, so Martin lowered his original quote accordingly. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate his business ethics. Because of that alone, he won over my loyalty for junk hauling services. On top of that, Martin worked extremely hard in 102 degree weather and even hotter conditions inside the empty building that had no AC. He was efficient and got everything hauled out of there all by himself including some pretty heavy items.
