12.3.25 Spacious cafe with an extensive menu of pastries, both sweet and savory. I love that they open at 6 a.m. I arrived at 7:15 and was in and out very quickly. I ordered a small mocha and almond croissant. The croissant was hard around the edges that didn't have almond paste, but otherwise I loved it. My coffee had a subtler flavor than Starbucks and likely would have tasted better warm, but I drank it an hour later after I picked it up. I definitely plan on returning to try their cake slices or other pastries such as their donuts. I love that their menu is so extensive. read more

Nice location of Paris Baguette. The space is pretty large with plenty of seating for people to talk or to study. There is a vast amount of pastries, bread, cakes, etc. to choose from. I ordered something similar to an apple turnover and it was nice and warm. The pastry itself was nice and flaky and the filling wasn't too sweet. Service was friendly as well. Nice addition to the area the bright contemporoary interior is nice to sit and relax, the lavazza coffee is way better than the St***** stores. Recently they had dubai chocolate mochi donut which seemed be a big hit but suddenly they were going to end making it. The other mochi donuts were not as good flavor as dubai chocolate one. The staff is great always there rain or shine, the managers are also very nice and helpful. Once I witnessed someone who dropped a cronut and put it back on the shelf and I told the manager he immediately took action. Paris Baguette had just recently opened near my neighborhood, and seeing its ads on social media, I decided to try it out. I love Asian bakeries. I truly feel they add an extra level of mastery in pastry making and baking. They know how to get the right balance of sweet and flavor, so you're not left with a cloying sensation in your mouth. As you walk in, your greeted with a Parisian like set up with the black-and-white tile floors, and marble table tops. Since this is the Germantown location, you'll see massive shelves filled with pastries and desserts with different flavors the moment you enter. Some of these were so artistic, you just want to stop, stare and appreciate them. The same thing goes with their cakes. I've never seen such clean lines on cakes, they were truly immaculate. I do like to indulge myself here and there, so I'll start with the ones that I ordered. The coffee bun: a great crusty airy pastry surrounded by a deep coffee sugar crust. You could eat this by itself or you could dunk it in a hot beverage. Next was the Cronut- a brilliant invention made a famous NY Baker (IKYK). Each layer had a citrus syrup and the layers were both moist and crunchy; alongside bits of cream inside. Both the tarts were flavorful. The fruit tart was fresh and lemony custard paired well with it. Anything that has tiramisu in it I will automatically get it. My only suggestion would be to make the tart crust less thick, so you could truly enjoy the creamy mascarpone. Last but not least the Portuguese tart. Since this an Asian Bakery, it would be uncommon to not see a Portuguese tart. I would say this is an acquired taste. If you were a fan of egg custard, then this is just right for you. I'm aware that there are people who don't like the jelly like texture. I still feel it's worth a try. I did order a Lavender Latte that was lacking some of the floral essence, but I still enjoyed it anyway. The registry areas was a bit of a madhouse with the staffing; people were running in and out, so you really had to make sure you were clear on what your order was. I'm sure they will figure it out in the coming weeks. I look forward to coming back again! read more

I really liked this Paris Baguette location. It's nice and spacious inside. I came here on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy, but I was able to grab a seat. They have free wifi. They had so many pastry and dessert options. I got the king donut, which was very good! I liked how it wasn't so powdery. I like how the staff asks if you would like your pastry warmed up. I picked up two sweet breads today and they gave me old bread. I thought they sold freshly baked items daily but I was wrong! Today is 1/14/26 and the sticker on the bag said 1/14/26. The other bread has a 1/16/26 sticker. I'm assuming they baked the bread two days ago. It was DRY! I think today was the last day they could sell it. The Germantown location recently opened up and I went with some friends. The selection was extensive. They did run out of the croissant donut when first got there and when they restocked later I garbbed the regular one which is better than the coffee one. Some of my favorite treats where tiramisu tart, almond croissant, broccoli and cheddar quiche, strawberry lemon cream croissant and blueberry and lemon croissant. Made a late visit to Paris Baguette on what was there official opening day. Although it was very busy, the space is so large it does not feel crowded. Plenty of tables. It's the usual process where you grab a pair of tongs and a tray, and load up your preferred offerings. Newbies aren't aware of this, so there can be a bit of a long jam as people mill around the pastry cases trying to figure out what to do. But that will correct itself in no time, because the pastries are so delicious people will come back over and over. A large assortment of fresh baked pastries, with both an American and Asian flair. There is also a large selection of sandwiches, and the requisite coffee bar. We had an assortment of donuts and pastries, all of which were delicious. The croissant doughnut was definitely the king of the mountain. Although our almost 3 year-old just loved the snowman doughnut. We had a couple of iced lattes, which were also delicious. Some pastry places offer coffee as almost a requirement, but it's not very good. But that's not the case here. It's worth the trip just for the coffee. Planning to try some of the sandwich offerings on the next visit. Because it was late in the day they were all sold out. And of course, don't forget to download their app, which entitles you to a free pastry. PB is a great addition to the ever-growing Germantown scene. read more

This was a large location. I have tried the Paris Baguettes in South Korea, NYC, Rockville, Virginia, and now here. Good amount of seating. Good amount of parking too. It's a good location and needed location in the vicinity. Where else can you really ask for a coffee date around Germantown? Not many places that are NOT Starbucks and Dunkin. This one has the interior of a Tatte and has pastries and coffee. The downside is that the area is filled with families and young children, so it's not entirely peaceful for a date - just a word of caution. When we came in, it was packed with elementary school children and it was rowdy. Since it is new, it seems a bit overwhelmed since they opened on a vacation (Thanksgiving) weekend. It seems always full. When I went around a 2 pm on a Sunday, it was packed and no seats were available. We got a couple of pastries to go, which were quite pricey, but worth a try. It's not bad, it's just pricey. You get the full effect if you can eat and drink at the location. read more

I've come to this spot a few times since opening. I really like it. My fav drinks are the lavender latte and matcha latte. Always so good and perfectly made. The baristas are so sweet. I decided to stop by after an appointment on on Wednesday late morning. I wanted to try their coffee and explore all the pastry options. Walking in I loved the layout and look of everything. It really gave you a nice cafe vibe and looked very clean. When you walk in, to your right all the pastries are available and displayed. You can grab a tray and tongs and choose from the various pastry options. I went with a bacon and cheese quiche and a pistachio mochi donut. It was hard to decide because everything looked amazing. I then walked up to the counter and ordered a butter pecan latte and paid. It was somewhat pricey. I Paid $18 for the latte and 2 pastries, which i guess compares to other local coffee spots. I grabbed my items and sat at one of the tables and enjoyed everything. The latte itself wasn't bad, but next time I may just opt for their brewed coffee. The pastries were amazing! Everything tasted fresh. The quiche was warmed up and had a delicious crisp to it. The mochi donut was the perfect ending and so delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back. Great bakery in a great location that will unfortunately go downhill if they don't work on their service. The workers at the register need better training on how to package pastries, and maybe a more organized structure when handling lines of customers. Someone at the register named Marie, did not ask if I wanted my pastries to go. When I asked for it to be to go, she handed me a deconstructed box, and told me to package it myself. I was actually shocked by how well done this Paris Baguette is. The lighting is phenomenal no matter what time of the day. The floor to ceiling windows are also very nice. The seating is plentiful and comfortable. The music or lack thereof is perfect. When I was there, there were several groups of professionals and students getting work done in groups and/or by themselves. The options of food, whether it is pastries, coffees, sandwiches, or savory dishes was excellent. Good mix of freshly baked goods and pre-packaged commercial classics. The hours are pretty good too. They are open until 9pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends, and they really do have a packed house until they close with people coming in and out for a light pick up. Honestly shocked with how well done this establishment was. Only thing is, is if they could stay open even later or be 24-7 that would be amazing. And from what I've seen from them, they definitely have the business to sustain that. read more

Came in day 2 of the grand opening. I expected there would be a line or a crowd, surprisingly there was a decent crowd due to the time of day I came. This is a bigger space than the Rockville location because it was the old Verizon Wireless which makes this a bit more welcoming. The setup was nice as well, tables spread apart which made it quite easy to maneuver around. I did notice that there was only napkin bin which is in front of the coffee bar. Had to wait for a customer to finish using the creamer before I quickly grabbed napkins. The selection of pastries gives Tous Les Jours vibes but doesn't have as much variety. The mochi donuts as well as the holiday cakes was a nice addition. I didn't get a chance to sample a more items since it was late in the day. Unlike Tous Les Jours, the pastries were being restocked. So if you wanted something after opening, you would not be missing out. I am delighted that I no longer have to travel to downtown Rockville. I can't wait to return. read more

Beautiful new location! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pastries are restocked throughout the day. It's a great place to study or work or even have a drink/pastry and hang out for a while. There is ample free parking which is so helpful. There's plenty of tables and charging ports everywhere! It's a great addition to the area and beats Tous Les Jours out the water and other PB locations! The cakes are beautiful and can't wait to buy more for the upcoming holidays and birthdays. 100% recommend this bakery cafe. Clean, bright and "happy" establishment. The restaurant employees were very friendly and helpful. The window case view of the Paris Baguette pastries and products in lane displays was a very nifty concept. Customers can observe the freshness and beauty of the items, and the freedom to open the glass case and use the tongs with waxed paper napkins to safely select your items. We had the cheese/egg/ham baguettes that were warmed for us and sat inside to enjoy them. The baguettes were delicious! All the other items.. sour dough bread, apple turnover, coffee bun, etc were all freshly-baked, "frenchy" fluffy-light and tasted good. As typical of this line of food, the items were a little pricey. Paris Baguette is a great once-in a while place for a nice ambiance and light-delicious fare.
