7/28/26 Touch up day…read more As the funny cartoon illustrated...my brow color mostly fell off by the return date. Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here. Unfortunately, within one week, both my brows and lips appeared as though no procedure had been performed at all. I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. I came in the other day to get my moles removed. When I walk in, I was greeted by Amy. She was…read moresuper friendly and walk me through the process. I came in without an appointment but she said the procedure wouldn't take too long. The prices to get moles removed are definitely reasonable. I notice that it was a bit small when I first came in but there are three desperate rooms that are big. There's beds and a bunch of the products she uses. She first applied the numbing cream on my face and was very gentle. I was a bit scared but she said it won't hurt much. Around 15-20 minutes after she applied the numbing cream, she had my lay on the bed. The bed was very comfy and had a warm heating pad. She reassure that the process won't hurt and if it did hurt to let her know. I had a handful of moles all over my face and two big ones. It did sting a bit but it wasn't too bad. If it did start to sting a bit more, I let her know and she would stop the process and apply ice to numb it some more or another kind of cream. She was really kind about it and patient with my low pain tolerance. After getting all my moles, she apply ointment and apply a small tape to protect the moles. The tape is clear and blends with my skin so it isn't too noticeable. She answered all the questions I had about the after care and she walk me through. She said it would take around 10-14 days and said the tape she apply would fall off on its own. It has only been a day since the procedure but I will update my review once the healing process has passed. Based on my experience with Amy, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Hopefully the healing process goes smooth!
