6/23/26 I have been…read morewaiting to get my brows fixed by Chloe for some time now. However, my previous brow work was horrendous I had to get it lasered after I checked in with Chloe. I did 3 rounds of laser removal but my it left my right brow a bit albino and my left brow still had an outline of the old tattoo. I didn't want to pay for another round of laser removal just for one brow so I checked in with Chloe again to see the status. I came in today to meet with Chloe and Debra in person so she can tell me her thoughts on the removal status. She said it's a go and we proceed with a nano combo brow in mid July. She listened to my desired design and concerns (PTSD about shading) and recommended a light nano combo brow. She drew a sneak peak on my left brow and I was happy with the design. Since my last laser session was 5/2/26, she encouraged me to use A&d or neosporin nightly to heal my laser brows until I next see her in July. Even though the lasered brows look healed, the skin may still be boggy underneath when the tattoo goes in. This was educational for me and very thoughtful. I've finally begun habitually putting on sunscreen but still can't be bothered with makeup so it was critically important for me to have natural looking brows. Jasmine is talented, responsive, affordable, and professional. The first session took only about an hour and true to what she said, there was no scabbing. You just have to keep that ointment on your brows 24/7 for 7-10 days straight. My pillow cases got extremely oily... Included in her prices (don't forget to tip!) is a touchup session 4-6 weeks after the initial session. The second session again, took no more than an hour and aftercare was exactly the same. It's been several weeks after my touchup and I'm so happy with the results. I'd highly recommend Jasmine if you're looking for really natural brows.

I don't know what's worse red toned brows or dark angry bird brows. I am considering getting laser to remove the underlying brown and now the black strokes that were meant to be a coverup. Please note: She will charge $100 for every visit after the initial retouch, even if the brows are crooked, uneven, or due to no fault of your own. Make sure you leave the first visit mostly happy and by the retouch appointment you are 100% happy with the shape so that you don't come back and have to pay another $100.

This has taken a toll on…read moremy mental health as I work in a patients based setting at a dental office, i smile and greet all day! I've been informed that it will wear off but in 4-5 months. I originally asked for a top injector during the scheduling appointment, they recommended Alex. I've done Botox for years. I decided to try something closer to my house. Im angry, I'm upset, and I'm shocked that this practice is still allowing her to Inject here. I will be taking legal action. You don't hire nurses that claim they're experienced and can't perform masseter Botox properly. She doesn't draw on the face either with the dots. I'm concerned the Botox might be even expired or diluted incorrectly. They claim they only use "BOTOX" brand. I did my forehead here as well. Terrible results. I want my $$ back. You can see my smile before.. to now. The only reason they continue to get away with this is because no one takes legal action .
