Very good service and painless ! 100% recommend here for mole and skin tag removal :)

I came in the other day to get my moles removed. When I walk in, I was greeted by Amy. She was super friendly and walk me through the process. I came in without an appointment but she said the procedure wouldn't take too long. The prices to get moles removed are definitely reasonable. I notice that it was a bit small when I first came in but there are three desperate rooms that are big. There's beds and a bunch of the products she uses. She first applied the numbing cream on my face and was very gentle. I was a bit scared but she said it won't hurt much. Around 15-20 minutes after she applied the numbing cream, she had my lay on the bed. The bed was very comfy and had a warm heating pad. She reassure that the process won't hurt and if it did hurt to let her know. I had a handful of moles all over my face and two big ones. It did sting a bit but it wasn't too bad. If it did start to sting a bit more, I let her know and she would stop the process and apply ice to numb it some more or another kind of cream. She was really kind about it and patient with my low pain tolerance. After getting all my moles, she apply ointment and apply a small tape to protect the moles. The tape is clear and blends with my skin so it isn't too noticeable. She answered all the questions I had about the after care and she walk me through. She said it would take around 10-14 days and said the tape she apply would fall off on its own. It has only been a day since the procedure but I will update my review once the healing process has passed. Based on my experience with Amy, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I made an appointment with Amy to get rid of some dark spots because of the good reviews and photos on yelp. However, I can not recommend her as the laser spot removal along with the plasma pen both left huge scars on my face. I'm now worse off than I started and I am so sad. I got the laser removal for a few dark spots on my face and neck (cost was $250) and plasma pen on my eyelid ($450) on March 27, 2021. I was told there is really not any downtime, except that the areas that were worked on would take about 10-14 days for the scabs to fall off and heal. I did not get any after care instructions so I had to google most of it. 2 weeks later, my eye lids were so dry and scabby. It did not look like any of the photos posted on the internet by people who had this procedure done. So I text Amy and she was really sweet about it and had me come in so she could look at it. She tried to soothe my eyes by putting something cold on my eyes and putting some cream on it. I will say that did help a little. She also gave me 2 creams for free to try and help with the healing. One was a phi healing ointment (I think this is usually used for cosmetic tattoos) and the other was the Dr. Janka soft crème. When I got home, I looked up both these creams and their ingredients because I have allergies to certain ingredients. I was unable to use the phi healing ointment because it had an ingredient I was allergic too but the Dr. Janka soft creme has salicyclic acid which will exfoliate your skin a little. EVERY single after care instructions for plasma pen said do not use any type of exfoliator on the treatment area. This leads me to think she either does not know about skin care ingredients or she does not really know how to do the plasma pen procedure correctly. It has now been almost 5 weeks and my dark spot that I got lasered off is 10 times darker and worse than it originally was. The areas I had plasma pen done to scarred so bad that I look like a clown. They are slowly getting better after I purchased silagen recommended by a plastic surgeon and plasma pen healing ointment that I heard about from the internet but it is nowhere close to being normal. I am embarrassed to go out and so depressed that I had to write a review to urge others not to do this procedure here. I have attached photos to my review. read more

It's my first time getting a facial and I highly recommend this place. I've been breaking out here and there because of masks :( so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Amy recommended to get micro needling so I tried it out. I wish I took a before picture, but my pores were kinda big near my nose/cheek area. After the facial steam, massage and the micro needling session, my pores were noticeably smaller. Amy did an amazing job !!!!!!!! After I researched for mole removal expert I decided to go to this store. Although, ES Skin Care only has only a few reviews but I would like to give her a try to remove my moles. During the process Amy did very gentle. I didn't feel pain at all. I was looking to have a mole on my eyelid removed. I asked a few of the girls at my work where I should go and one of them recommended Amy at ES Skin Care. I called her and made an appointment for consultation. She said it could be removed on the same visit. I was a little nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. She also removed an age spot on my cheek next to my ear. After, she recommended I come back for a facial. Located in Buena Park on beach blvd Amy did a great job on facial. Skin was more bright and glowing after done. There are so many shops now in Buena Park so its hard to find a good one. Ive been to other places but after having Amy take care of my skin care problems theres no one else I would go to. When you find that someone who does things exactly the way you want its a relief to not have to try someone new again. I first came to take care of acne and blackheads and she did a whole routine including massage and facial that made it a wonderful experience. I like the suction she uses to clean my pores. I have come to see Amy once a week for facials. It has been about over 5 month. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My skin is brighter, softer, and glowing. She doesn't know how to treat acne. She squeezed my acne with her finger nails, which left red spots around the "not even big" acne. At the end of massage, she puts something similar to foundation on the scars to hide the red spots, and when I came home and washed my face, my skin is so red with her finger nail marks. Also, when she scrubs, she does it too hard around my eyes that I got little red veins at the skin around my eye area. She should already know the skin around eyes is sensitive than other area. The only thing that helped my face was that I changed my moisturizer, but she is not specialized in acne treatment. It is not worth $600. She didn't even let me do it by one time, and she said she only accepts 10 times packaging. Also, she seems to not really care about clients' needs. She is a little stingy about using her products for clients when products like sunscreen and foundation (bb cream) like essence or cream should be already included in the $600 package. I gave tips even if it was treatment and even if it was already expensive to afford, but I really shouldn't have because it is not that different from normal facial massage. I hope she improves her acne treatment services and care a little bit more about people who invest their money hoping to get acne treatment. read more
