We found them helpful and fast, and will hire them again. I feel like the cost is totally worth it. $150 for a regular clean and $300 for a deep clean. The cost varies depending upon the size of the house and what's needed, so those prices were what she quoted us.

Today's cleaning was a different story: my home is very neat and sparsely furnished with white walls and light floors, so it needs real cleaning and not tidying up. Dorma knows this, as we discussed it at the beginning. I came home today directly after a cleaning and all of the baseboards and the corners in my 1BR home were still filthy. We live in the desert - and I live in the "wind tunnel" - so it is clear what needs to be done to keep a home clean. She charges $120 to clean a 1BR condo with 3 people (no windows), which takes them about 1:15, so it ends up being around 4 hours of total work. It's a high, but fair, price... if the work lives up to a high standard. When I texted Dorma with photos of the filthy rags - because I had to clean again right after her team left - her response was "we don't do baseboards". No apology, no "we'll do better next time"... just a "it's not our job'" I disagree - it IS their job to clean my house completely. Customers beware: when you use Dorma's Cleaning Service, this is the treatment you get.

From the start, Daniela misrepresented the availability of her staff and failed to uphold her end of the agreement. Despite our efforts to coordinate ahead of the busy Christmas holiday season--with guest reservations already lined up--she abruptly informed us that she was terminating the working relationship. This left us stranded, scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute during the most critical times of the year for short-term rentals. Despite that, we decided to move on. Shortly afterward, Daniela posted slanderous and false reviews on my wife's professional business pages, despite having no involvement with or knowledge of her business. When asked to remove the false reviews, she refused and instead demanded that I delete a review she wrongly attributed to me. For the record, I had never posted any reviews about her or her company prior to this. Our experience with Daniela and Clean Nest was that she was unprofessional not only during the time they worked with us, but even more so in the months that followed. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others against working with Daniela Martinez (Gastelum) or her company, Clean Nest.
