This is a new Chinese grocery store that just opened 2 weeks ago. It took over Yong Hui supermarket's old location/decor. Since it's new, the store doesn't stink too much yet, although it's still got the Asian supermarket funk which probably comes from durian. They've got a pretty decent selection of fruits and vegetables, but what they really shine is within the seafood department. They have all sorts of live fish, crab, shrimp that you can think of. Definitely would come back and get some fish next time. The packaged meats has limited selection so far, but hopefully they'll have better stock over time. read more

I think this place got much better after change of ownership. It used to be called Yonghui (I think), but it wasn't that great back then. The produce wasn't very fresh and the selection was not as great as it is now. I see the reviews saying this is a Korean owned store? But I thought it was Chinese. They carry mostly Chinese branded items as far as packaged foods, snacks, etc. The produce and the meats are much more fresh than it was before. They also offer 5% off for students & seniors which is nice. For a limited time before 9/15/2017, if you show your student ID, you also get an extra 5% off, so 10% off total. Aside from the fruits and veggies, I also got some salmon and chicken breasts that were fresh and reasonably priced. I think the salmon was $6.99/lb(?) Recommend checking this place out if you are tired of Great Wall. Definitely fresher produce/meats and price is competitive. Not being Chinese or asian of any type I may be wrong in making this statement but Jusgo seems to be the Chinese answer to Korean Super H. There is clear intention to be cleaner and better organized than other asian supermarkets. This store is a must try, especially of you have never shopped in an asian market before. This market is clean and priced competitively even when compared to other asian markets and blows places like whole foods out of the water with their 1/4 of an isle selection. Spices, noodles, and mock meats can all be found here at a substantial discount in comparison to the American supermarkets. There is also a large seafood department that has has fish you probably won't find anywhere else in the state! I get excited going to new supermarkets when I am traveling, it feels like an organic peek into someone else's world. With Jusgo I don't need the plane ticket or any language lessons upon check out. I can understand if you don't have my love of markets but there is still a reasons to make the trek out to Jusgo, if you live in the perimeter as I do, all the options in their food court! By far some of the best Chinese food I have had in Atlanta. Not complicated entrees more buns, crepes, dumplings, and noodle. There is also hot pot there that seems very popular but i have never been. Seeing JUSGO on Yelp Openings a couple of weeks ago decided to stop in and see what is available? I had plenty of time kill so taking time to drink it all in was exactly what I did. Being a fan of mushrooms was super happy that multiple kinds were offered including packages of white and brown beechnuts for $.28. Yes you read right and snapped up three for soups and beef dishes. Now on to fish, interesting fish/shellfish is available for super low prices this day got a gorgeous Red Snapper from Mexico for $2.99 ib. already cleaned and ready to be grilled. Dungeness Crabs, clams and grouper was at the same price. Meat cases will have fresh and frozen, this day a sale was on just cut ribeye's at $3.49 a lb. - WHAT you say? I grabbed a package of three (to break down) for under $5.00. Walking away know that I will come back, the store was clean, people friendly and really like that all of the fruit and veggies were constantly being picked over and moved out. Very bad customer service. I stood at a customer service with a question about the membership. She was doing some printing for one of the employee. She glance and keep doing what she was doing. Printing done, she cut the printing into smaller print. I am still waiting at the counter, waiting for her to be done. She went back to her computer and keep doing her work. The employee that was beside me gave an acknowledge nod. Then another supervisor came and talk to the employee, went behind the counter and did nothing. Finally he asked me if I need something. My sister and I meet at this market few times a month and we enjoy shopping there because of the abundance in selections and of items. You have to walk to every corner of the store because some items are not in their usual spots. The store normally practices safety to prevent COVID but yesterday (Dec22) the store must have some Christmas sale because it was packed! Going there before 9am for some quiet time I was already surprised at the number of cars in the parking lot but totally shocked by what I saw inside. It was like being in the middle of a market in Asia before COVID! There were about 6 or so lanes with lines from the door to end of the store. It was scary if you worry about the virus since it was packed like sardines but I had a great time. Maybe being cooped up so long I just felt like letting go. It's sad that I was in line for almost 30min with only 4 items and I didn't get the chance to walk freely around like normal. So... you should just go do yourself a favor and check this place out. As far as Chinese supermarkets go, this is about as good as it gets. The biggest knock on Atlanta for a long time for me was the lack of a nice, clean, large Chinese supermarket. Of course you have options all over but Jusgo is on a different level. It is very clean, doesn't smell of that weird fishy odor most Chinese supermarkets suffer from, and the prices are incredible. Also helps that it has a large food court as well as a Costco just down the street. Chores all out of the way in one trip. You'll be able to find most specialty chinese foods here. There is also a large selection of fresh seafood and fish. Live fish, crabs, lobster, sea eel, freshwater eel, frogs, and a variety of shellfish such as razor clam and geoduck. They are all priced very fairly. Jusgo is that Ranch 99 style supermarket that Atlanta has been missing, I'm glad it is open and I will be supporting it by providing my patronage. read more

Worst customer service ever. I bought two bottles of the milk tea from this place. After I paid and heading out the door, I took the first sip on the drink, the taste have a sour milk taste afterward. I can tell the drink is bad already. I turn back in and go to the customer service counter, there was a gentleman with glasses and I told him about the drink is bad and I want to return both. This gentlemen and the lady I believe is the manager , they both looking at the bottle and after 5 mins they keep saying it not expired we can't give you the refund. I really don't care about the refund but they do not take my complaint seriously and they have a rude customer service. Thing can be bad before the expired date. Maybe over heating during shipment or anything. All this customer service need to be well train and take complaint seriously. Those are the food n drink we put in our stomach ! No joke ! It about safety! People can get food poisoning ! I am a regular customer pretty much spend $400 per week on my grocery over there. There's something about Jusgo that's very attractive. Maybe it's the fact that Jusgo is new to the area and the feeling you get when you walk in is totally different from walking into Nam Dae Mun or Hmart. Or maybe just because it's new. Jusgo is way out of the way for me so it does take a conscious decision and firm willpower to drive out to a part of Duluth that isn't a part of my usual stomping grounds. The first thing I noticed when I pulled into the plaza was K Factory, which I assume is a kbbq place. Good to know; I made a mental note to check it out later and for reference in landmarks. There's a lot of parking space so don't be afraid to bring the whole family or a group of friends. The more the merrier, right? Especially when (food) shopping. There are two entrances to Jusgo. One is the main entrance and the other is the entrance to the food court, which I'll talk about later. When you walk into Jusgo, you pass through a fancy little lobby area before you get to the actual store. The store itself is large and spacious. It definitely doesn't feel like a warehouse but it also doesn't feel like it's too small to be a grocery store. There is a little makeup shop inside selling various Asian brands and there is also a food court that is a little empty but hopefully it fills up quickly. For shopping, you have carts and baskets. The baskets have two kinds of handles and wheels so if you want to carry it, you can; if you want to pull it, you can. There is a lot to look at. There is a healthy variety of groceries as well as live aquatic animals and a glorious display of meat. I say aquatic animals because while they do sell live fish in tanks, they also sell live eels, live frogs, live crawfish, turtles, and live shellfish among the many other selections of seafood. The domestic area of the grocery store where they sell household items is small but there are lots to look at. I was amazed that they carried Japanese hair dye brands as well as Japanese skincare products such as face wash and moisturizer. The food court is on the higher level of the store, which is accessible via stairs or a ramp, which is very convenient for people who can't use the stairs. The food court is a big square so the front is pretty empty but the party is in the back. There are a few restaurants there, including rolled ice cream and a make-your-own-hot-pot place, and everything looks pretty authentic. There is also a watch shop and a little shop that sells clothing and accessories. All in all, Jusgo seems promising and I'm especially excited to see how the food court develops. read more

We ordered Chinese BBQ to go and it was ok. Not the same as my dad's, but not bad for a grocery store. The segmentation of this Asian Supermarket is between Great Wall and H mart, but is more towards Great Wall. Comparing to Great Wall, Jusgo has a much cleaner and spacious shopping environment, and everything feels on par with American chain groceries like Kroger and Publix. The meat and seafood departments are what luring me here each week, which offers fresh and high-quality selections. Great Wall is eating dust in these regards. I tried to shop everything here without going to Great Wall, but the produce department is just not good enough. Overall, the shopping experience is much better in Jusgo than Great Wall, with a better parking lot, cleaner allies, and less customer volume. The seafood department is the best I have ever seen in Atlanta and Nashville, TN. read more

This new (as of 8/18/17 it's been open less than 2 weeks) Asian (Korean) supermarket is by far the nicest I have seen in Atlanta. First, and in my mind most importantly, it's sparkling clean. It's also well organized, with wide isles. Each of the main food categories are very large (produce, seafood, meat, grocery, etc). The produce section is beautiful with a wide variety of fruit and vegetables. There were several employees stocking and rearranging produce (at 10:30 am) this department is every bit as nice and appealing as Whole Foods and easily twice as large. The seafood department is next on the perimeter of the store, working clockwise as you enter the front. There's an excellent variety of fresh and flash frozen fish --- with about 7'ish options for live fish as well. The displays were very nicely put together, and on par or exceeded any other seafood department I've seen (including western markets). The next department is meat. It is huge. The displays were all neat as a pin. That much meat on display could potentially make a person a little queasy (I have been known to be very put off at wet markets), but honestly it's so clean that I felt okay. Again, clean is a good thing. In the center of the store there's a vast section for groceries. Wide isles, organized and full shelves. Each isle is clearly labeled. There's a small house wares section in the far corner. It seemed like there was a nice selection, and the shelves were tidy. There is an adequate number of new tech (tap pay) checkout stands. A customer service counter beyond the registers which seemed like a handy spot. There's a small cosmetics section. The bathroom (well women's at least) was nice and also clean. It looks like the whole market space got new floors and special surfaces in certain areas like the bathroom and stairs. AND the food court looks like it's going to be so good! There's only two counters open now, but the other spaces are shaping up nicely. I forgot to mention in the beginning: this is a remodeled big-box sort of space, and the parking lot is large. I highly recommend yelpers check this market out --- it just might turn out to be your new favorite! read more

Duluth is Koreatown, hands down. Jusgo is nice because 1. it is next to Costco, and 2. it has a giant food court with lots of food options like xi'an noodles, uncle zhu's hot pot, etc. So much delectable eats, Atlanta and its suburbs aka Duluth keep mesmerizing me with the plethora of noodle soup options. The grocery store itself is A-OK if you're looking for Korean things. Interestingly, this seems more like a Chinese grocery store, just like how Mega Mart is more like a Korean grocery store. The market itself is not crowded with people which is really nice. But the front desk worker just simply sucks. He just stood there and looking at you packing your own grocery and do Nothing! When you go ask for help, this dude doesn't know anything. He is not willing to help and it seems like he doesn't even know what to do with his job. Jusgo is the new asian grocery store in the Duluth area. It used to be called Yonghui. This place is located across the street from the studio movie grill in Duluth. Parking- Lots! You never have to worry about finding parking. Clean- unlike Great Wall which has that total old school Chinatown feel of dingy and dirty, this place is clean and modern. Foodcourt-Let's be real, most people come here because of the large food court and the great food the establishments in the food court offer. Supermarket- Maybe because this place is new or the location being on the other side of 85 (kind of) but the prices are more affordable yet still offering the quality as Great Wall (the other Chinese grocery store in the area). However another pro is that the selection of options are larger than at Great Wall. Aritaum- there is an aritaum in the supermarket. There are also some small shops around the food court worth poking your head into (one is a cute stationary store which asian girls love!) I do recommend stopping by if you have not yet (but if your Asian and in live in ATL, I am sure you have already unless you live under a rock!) read more

If I could post a zero star I would. The grocery store itself is clean and well-maintained. The customer service staff however, is not. I used to hear about awful customer service at Chinese businesses and I always thought it might be the fact that they don't know how to communicate properly. Today I was proven that my assumption is incorrect. I went to the customer service to report my membership card stolen. The bold-headed guy with glasses flat out told me I shouldn't lose my card in the first place. I mean, how can you assume that I LOST the card? My car was stolen months ago along with the cards that were in the vehicle. How can I prevent the card from being stolen? Can someone please tell me if this is not awful customer service I am not sure what is. I am asking you nicely to perform a job function that is within your scope of field and is in part of your job description. I am not sure why he would say the things he said to me. Bottom line is, I have told all my friends and family about this incident and we will not go back to this grocery store again.
