He didn't charge according to inflation. He charged according to the job which was same as always snaking same two exhaust pipes,kitchen and laundry. A one man job. Arko turns it into a two man job, charges for use of hosing, to snake two pipes on roof. And says inflation is what brought charges high. Bullshit,do the math even with inflation the % they used isn't ligit! Arko took advantage of us, and we told them so! They didn't care! We lost $375. for being vulnerable old people and trusting Arko like we did 5yrs ago, and not checking them out before using them again, our bad mistake. We needed the pipe cleaning done, it was an emergency situation. And Arko took advantage of that! Never again will we call Arko. And we won't recommend them to anyone!
