I wrote a review of our phone conversation because it was the most bizarre interaction I have ever had with a service provider. Your requests were irrational, unrealistic, and irresponsible. ​You literally asked me to take photos of my two toilets. When I stated that I did not see how taking photos of the toilets would fix a main line clog, your response was even more unreasonable. You told me that you did not want photos of the toilets themselves; instead, you wanted me--a non-plumber--to remove the toilets and take photographs of the sewage pipes. At that point, I realized the conversation was going nowhere and ended the call. The home is less than 10 years old so replacing toilets seemed a bit excessive. I ended up researching the noise the toilet was making myself and realized that it was something that can be fixed pretty easily. I called the manager and spoke to him regarding the poor advice received in regards to replacing the toilets, and he said they would send a second technician to assess the situation. Instead, he sent me a message stating that the initial technician was right and did not send another technician to assess . I ended up going with a different company who came and replaced the valve ...which successfully lowered my water bill by 50%. Problem fixed - without having to replace the entire toilet. I was initially a fan of NSP, but this last visit was very disheartening. I think if they had sent a second technician to evaluate what I was concerned about, they would have seen that the first technician was indeed wrong. I will not be using them again.

He didn't charge according to inflation. He charged according to the job which was same as always snaking same two exhaust pipes,kitchen and laundry. A one man job. Arko turns it into a two man job, charges for use of hosing, to snake two pipes on roof. And says inflation is what brought charges high.
