My gps was not showing a map in the cloudy, rainy weather and I could only remember some landmarks during my arrival by taxi the previous night. Also, I couldn't find the high beam on the rental car. Initially, I went to the gas station on the corner. They're supposed to help travellers in distress, right? They heard my problems and sent me across the street because "there was a car rental agency there which could help me" ( not mine as it happened this time). So I walked in for help at Hertz. Trevor at the front desk, greeted me pleasantly and asked how he could help. He recognized the street name I wanted; pulled out his cell phone to confirm directions ( 2 minutes from there if you knew the way). Then he put on his cap and walked over in the rain with me to my car, parked literally by the front door of the gas station, and showed me where to turn on the car lights. Before he left me he reviewed my route and reminded me that we had just over-ridden the automatic lights. I would have to switch back when I arrived. It was a perfectly competent, helpful and generous effort. This Hertz agency defines a good neighbor. I am happy for the people who live here. I got to my grandson's bus on time.

We were obviously confused because we rent cars from National Car Rental all the time and once you turn the keys in, it's done. A simple email settles the bill. Over the phone, Ryan stated that the total amount owed was $300 more than the price that was given when my husband went to the office and spoke to the rep. My husband explained that that was not the price quoted and actually displayed on the computer by their rep at the office. Management said they would look into it and call us back but never did. Deceitful billing practices at this location. They give you one price in person and then increase it after the car is returned. I would never rent from an Enterprise local office again!

Before the sale, I spent considerable time on FaceTime walking him through the car in detail. I showed him the condition of the vehicle, answered all of his questions, and even offered to have a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) performed before finalizing the deal. He declined and said he was comfortable moving forward. The transaction took approximately five days to complete. At no point before payment did he express concerns about accidents, paintwork, or any major issues with the vehicle. After taking possession of the car, the story suddenly changed. He began claiming that the car had been in an accident, had paintwork, and had numerous other issues. He then started asking for money back because he believed he had paid too much for the vehicle. What I found most telling is that when he expressed these concerns, I immediately offered to unwind the deal entirely and provide a full refund in exchange for the car. He declined. If the vehicle truly had all of the serious issues he claimed, accepting a full refund would seem like the obvious choice. The car left my possession covered in full PPF. After he began removing the PPF, additional claims started appearing. Despite the extensive list of alleged problems, the total repair bill from Porsche was reportedly only around $1,500. For someone claiming there were major undisclosed issues, that amount certainly tells a different story. Another concern he raised involved the engine and overall condition of the car. However, the over-rev report reportedly came back clean. Once again, the facts did not appear to support the claims being made. There was also confusion regarding Apple CarPlay. He insisted that the car should have come with factory-installed CarPlay. I explained that 2016 GT3 RS models did not come equipped with Apple CarPlay from the factory and that the system in the car was an OEM-style retrofit that I personally installed. Despite this explanation, he continued insisting I was wrong. I eventually sent him information confirming that 2016 GT3 RS models were not equipped with factory Apple CarPlay. At that point, I suggested that before accusing someone of misrepresenting a vehicle, it's important to fully understand the model being purchased--especially when dealing with high-end Porsches. During the 1.5 years I owned this GT3 RS, it was never involved in an accident and was never painted to my knowledge. I represented the car honestly, answered every question, offered a PPI before the sale, and even offered a full refund after the sale. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone buying or selling a vehicle to document everything, conduct all inspections before completing the transaction, and make sure any concerns are addressed before money changes hands. They will try to scam you. They rushed me in and out during the pickup and drop offs. This didn't allow me to properly inspect the interior. They filed a claim against me through my insurance carrier. They strategically got a quote JUST below my deductible. My insurance told them they cannot prove it was me and denied the claim. I will never use Enterprise again (this location or not). And I learned my lesson to not let them rush you during the pickup and drop off. Document everything, take pictures and videos.

He answered all my questions and helped me the best he could. The first car I got was a big van because it was the last one in the inventory, Enterprise let me switch to Jeep later on, and all process went smoothly. Second time I had a Camry. Dealing with car troubles can be really stressful, but Art truly made the rental experience so much better. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. The vehicle was clean and the service was very helpful. I called to determine how to get my iPhone connected with the navigation system, and how to return the car keys after the rental site was closed. I got different representatives, but both were competent and able to help me. I used this car rental site (versus renting from the airport) since I was renting for a long time, two weeks plus, which was significantly cheaper.
