I took it here, went first to the store part. A friendly woman told me to bring it over to the rental area next door. I told her I just didn't have the strength to get the tire on - she said "Joey can probably do it, he's got bear claws for hands". Took it to Joey with the bear claws, he took it in back, and 5-10 minutes later he came back with the tire on the rim. I thanked him, asked how much and he said " nothing, that's what I'm here for". When I said no, I have to give you something, he said no and started walking in back. I threw some money on the counter because he saved me hours of frustration! Thank you Bear Claw Man!

He asked how my day was doing and that he would be more than pleased to answer any questions I had as he took me to the kitchen faucet section. Throughout my stay with him, he provided me with exceptional service in terms of item selection and pros and cons. Chris, in my opinion, provided exceptional customer service by taking the time to comprehend my problems and treating me as a person in need of guidance and support rather than just as a "paying customer." Called to get hose installed and they had to make an appt for me for five days later. Day before my new install date and i havent recieved my service time window. Called home depot and it was canceled. The person i talked to then said they were able to get it rescheduled but if i hadnt heard about a time window to call again. Called once again three hours later and they said they were working on it and would call me with that time window. 10pm i use their text line and they say it can't be rescheduled for tomorrow because it was canceled and they require a 24 hour turn around time. So they messed up, they canceled the fix, they make me make a new fix date. Extremely frustrating and am sharing because it was poor reviews about Lowes that made me chose Home Depot.
