At that point, the receptionist told me the injector was about to come in and was "drawing up the medication." I questioned how the amount could be determined without first consulting me, especially since my last visit was a year ago, prices may have changed, and I had questions. The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked the communication and attention to detail I had previously received.

It's one of the hardest skin conditions to treat as most of you may know (if you suffer like I do.) Dr. Singh is extremely professional! I was scared at first but he really makes me very comfortable and explains the process of how Picosure laser works. He removed a hideous tattoo I had on my hip. I was so surprised how quickly he was able to remove it in only 3 sessions. I've gone to Dr. Tat off a few years prior for a different tattoo which was the same in size, and it took over a year (12 sessions) to remove. Picosure laser is truly amazing! As for my melasma, I've had so far 4/5 treatments. I'm super impressed with my results! It's just about gone and I couldn't be happier. I also really love the way the laser makes my skin feel afterwards. I also notice the pores on my face have shrunk so much they are barely noticeable.
