If you're no longer accepting a gift card program, update your listings and train your staff accordingly. What made the experience even worse was the manager's response. When I said I would be sharing my experience on social media, he became rude and unprofessional instead of attempting to resolve the issue. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I won't be returning.
