Five stars for Heaven! We were visiting from out of town and had mini Bundt cakes delivered by a thoughtful friend. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left them outside in the extreme heat, and they were completely ruined by the time we got home. I called the store, and although it was a third-party delivery issue, they asked me to come in the next day with photos and the receipt. That's when I met Heaven. She listened, understood the situation, and made everything right without hesitation. More importantly, she treated us with genuine kindness. During an already difficult time of grieving, her compassion and heartfelt apology meant so much. That level of empathy and customer service is rare these days. Heaven turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I am so grateful. Heaven, thank you for your empathy, your professionalism, and your kindness. Their lemon Bundt cake is delicious! It was super moist, light, fluffy, and just had the ideal texture of a cake. The lemon flavor is subtle, but it's there. Frosting was smooth and not too sweet. Can tell that everything was freshly made. Would definitely love to come back here and try their other flavors. read more

May 12 2026 I just placed order for a doz Bundt minis to be delivered to my daughter's job which is exactly 3.5 miles from this location. The delivery charge is $20 the mini cakes are $37, the delivery fee is borderline criminal and I know for a fact I didn't pay this much on my previous order for deliver in NC. I'll never order from this location again very disappointed. I want to support women own businesses but I don't want to be robbed. Very disappointed! read more

I think this was my first time visiting this location but as with every one, it was a pleasant experience. I went in to redeem for my birthday bundtlet and the associate was so nice! Just a tip, these don't include the signature flavors so for example at this time I could not use it for the s'mores flavor which was fine. She also informed me of upcoming flavors so that was good to know! read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes is an amazing place for a Tasty Treat!! This was my first visit and I was blessed with a Birthday reward and they did not disappoint!! My Free Small Bundt Cake Choice was a "Chocolate Chocolate Chip" cake and it was delicious and amazing with every bite. The cake was moist and chocolaty!! There are many cake flavors to choose from and they come in various sizes!! When entering into the shop, the cake store ambiance was like walking into a Mini Willi Wanka Shop lol from the colors, to the sweet smells I was overwhelmed with smiles. I live an hour away but was in Gainesville for an appointment and decided that I needed to try this place. Little kids get stickers for going to the doctor and big kids get cake!! OMG, what a delight. I placed my order online so I could really think about the flavors I wanted. We got the 12 smaller bundts, but they were bigger than a cupcake. These things are amazing and now I have something new to crave. I really appreciate that there was a sticker inside the box telling us the flavor of each cake. That's so thoughtful! I was fortunate enough to receive a free bundt before they were open a few weeks ago as they were advertising before the opening. The owner gave me a strawberries and creme and after one bite, all I could dream about was that moist deliciousness. Weeks later, I was able to visit the storefront for the soft opening and the bundts were as heavenly as before. Of course I had to get another strawberries and creme but I also added a snickerdoodle, upon suggestion from an employee. Yall, these bundts are simply divine! They are the perfect size and the icing gives new meaning to "icing on the cake." I can't wait to try all the flavors, and they are so affordable, so I'm sure I'll be doing that soon! We are very sad to hear that they won't accommodate a 9 year old's birthday request to have a birthday cake. He can't have the cream cheese icing, so I called to see if they will put it on the side and I put it on 1/2 of the cake, since they only do "all or nothing." So the icing that WOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE COST, I now have to pay for, BUT...caveat, they won't put it in a container for me to put on the cake since they REFUSED to do so? Given the food allergies, we normally just do bundtlets, but this year he asked for an actual cake to "feel like a real birthday." I was hoping this place would make what seems to be the simplest accommodation, given the business we have given them now and in the past, but the lady couldn't have been more robotic in saying no. You're better off giving a local cake decorator who will make your simple requests come to life! Afterall, you can go online and get the copycat recipes for their cakes anyway. read more

The company was founded by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz and has grown to over 430 bakery locations in over forty states and Canada. Nothing Bundt Cakes has a great ambiance and an incredibly friendly staff. The bundtlets are a great personal snack. This particular location is in Gainesville, Florida and again, offer a great product. They also have a great selection. This is a great stop if you are in Gainesville, Florida and craving a nice sweet. Overall, I would definitely recommend this particular location of Nothing Bundt Cakes and I will give it an overall review of five stars. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of my Bundt cake but let me tell you something it was incredible. I like sweet stuff but I don't normally have a sweet tooth. Usually when I buy sweets for myself I can't even finish them and have my bf take over but man I ate the whole mini Bundt cake in one sitting. When I told my family and friends they knew it was something special knowing I don't indulge as often with sweets. I got the lemon Bundt cake and strawberry Bundt cake for my bf. We meant to share but I dropped his off at work and went to my house and proceeded to take a bit of the Bundt cake. It was magical, the icing was just right not overly sweet and tasted homemade. The texture of the cake was moist and smooth. I know when I get a sugar craving I can come here and not be disappointed. My bf also wanted to save some for me and I let him know that if he wants he can just eat it all , he said "you don't have to tell me twice" and enjoyed every bite like I did with mine . I didn't expect it to taste to homemade and am used to cakes just tasting like synthetic flavoring but was pleasantly surprised. Unbeknownst to either of us, both my wife and I each bought two cakes on the same day from a portable stand set up outside the Gainesville VA. Had a wonderful experience! So many delicious options to choose from. I couldn't decide on what flavor cake I wanted and the lady at the register was the sweetest. She didn't push or rush me but instead she told me about each flavor and helped me decide. Love love love the customer service.
