She has a keen eye for the best flow of the room. She will try to utilize what we already have. She wasn't afraid of hard work and getting it done. Within only 30 mins, I was AMAZED! The living room was starting to be TRANSFORMED. She helped take out the unorganized baseball equipment from our shed and make it where we utilized the most space. She is very honest, genuine, and helpful. She will support you and follow your lead on whether you want to purge or store it somewhere. I'm able to purge (I just have a hard time making time and getting started). But the thing I knew I needed the most help was utilizing the space and shelves that I already had. Since I'm now in my 30's and have 2 little humans to raise, I figured it was time to finally start instilling some better habits in my home... I studied all the cleaning YouTube vids, blogs, and books.. but I still needed help implementing processes that actually work in my home. I literally would clean my closet and then a week later it would be back to clothes over the floor looking like a hurricane hit my home. In comes NEAT Hawaii. I decided to hire professionals to help reset my home and implement a system that actually works... especially for my closet. I first contacted…read moreShae to help organize and sort our guest room that had basically become unusable due to all of the clutter. Shae was very responsive from the start. We chatted a bit on the phone and from there, I took pictures and video of the space to give her a sense of the job. After that, she went shopping for organizing solutions (drawers for my desk and crafting supplies) and texted me options with prices for approval. On the day of our appointment, Shae and her assistant arrived promptly at my house. They immediately got to work pulling everything out and organizing my stuff in ways that I never thought of before. The guest room is now fully functional and I love being in it so much that I turned it into my WFH office. I loved the guest room so much that I then had Shae and team come back a month later to organize my daughter's playroom area (part of the living room) and my kitchen! They totally rearranged the layout of the play area and made it a lot more efficient. Shae also consulted with me ahead of time to purchase storage cubes which incorporated nicely with our existing decor. Finally, they refreshed my kitchen drawers and cabinets that previously had no meaningful organizational logic. Before Shae came in, I thought our kitchen didn't have enough storage space. Turns out there's a ton of storage space, but I just wasn't utilizing it well. Additional notes: Shae is super flexible and can accommodate your personality and needs. While she's organizing, you can be as involved as you want. For me, I felt self conscious about all of my clutter so I stayed out of their hair and waited for the reveal at the end. The team is very skilled at making sense out of madness and I'm glad they could decisively create organizational systems that were logical for long term use. Shae also can modify her approach based on whether you have already purged stuff you don't want, or if you need to purge as they work. Most importantly, Shae and team are SO nice. No judgment, only positivity and productive thinking.

John and Payton from Senior Move Managers took only 2 1/2 hours to reorganize and bin my pictures on one side of the room and papers to go thru on the other side; get rid of trash; and separated donatable items. All for a reasonable cost. Now, I have the room cleared to the back wall where the Murphy bed was installed (before my household goods shipment) - and family can now visit! This is my 2nd time using this company - the 1st was when I sold my condo in town and Cynthia and her crew help me clear out the 3-bedroom apartment - took longer and well worth it as my hubby was a hoarder!

They were very efficient but also friendly. They provided all the boxes, packed up everything and took it all away. The trash is taken to an incinerator so you do not need to shred documents unless you feel the need to do so. They also removed large items and all electronics for appropriate disposal. A receipt was provided for all the donated items. They also shipped items to me on the mainland. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was due to the shipment to the mainland. Everything arrived and nothing was broken but the communication was not great. The items were not insured as requested and required a signature, which was difficult but it all worked out. Overall the experience was very good.
