I have two aquariums at home and keeping them clean and my fish healthy is a priority. They sell everything I need to keep the fish healthy and well fed. Most importantly, he always seemed calm and comfortable after his appointments, which meant a lot to us. The grooming quality was consistently excellent, and we were very happy with the results every time. The only disappointing part was that the location closed without any notice to customers. We were surprised to find out and would have appreciated some communication beforehand. Our priority was to find someone who is empathetic and is up front of what can be done and what was actually done. Most importantly, we wanted Carly to be as stress free as possible. Our last attempt in finding a new groomer left Carly so traumatized that we were nervous about this upcoming appointment. However, we were happy with Groom Room and their professionalism. We really appreciate Julie's efforts in grooming our dog and we are content with what was done given Carly's difficult behaviors. She was as happy as a clam when we saw her. Thank you guys so much!
