The water is at one temp, which is nice and warm for the pups & there is a blow dryer as well. Price was very decent! We even bought a coconut deodorant spray for the dogs for afterwards. The problem is they don't have any cages in the grooming area. And if you bring 2 dogs in together then it $50 before you do anything!! You don't have a choice to do cageless or caged. One of the great things about Dirty Dogs is that it is cage free. So find another way to increase prices more legitimately, and until then I will have to think twice about coming in again or as often. A friend of mine said that he cut back on the amount that he tips to make up for this charge. That's not fair to the groomers. But it's his way of letting you know that he doesn't approve of this frivolous fee either.

It puts customers in an uncomfortable position at checkout and doesn't feel transparent or respectful. A quick heads-up before starting the service would make a big difference. But, today was different. Both tubs had visible dog hair all over the mats, inside the tubs, and even in the drains. Which clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. When I politely asked if the tubs were sanitized, I was told they were sprayed down. But when I asked for gloves to clean it myself, the staff member came over with a dismissive attitude. removed the drain piece, set it aside, and walked away without actually cleaning it. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation, right? Especially, at a self-wash facility. I was disappointed not just by the filth, but also by the way I was treated for asking. I ended up leaving without washing my dog, after driving all the way from Escondido and coordinating with my husband to meet me there. It was a waste of time and a really disappointing experience.
