Then, our friends little girl was handed her ice cream which immediately fell off the cone because it wasn't pressed down into the cone. The manager literally watched a 5 year old girl's ice cream fall off the the cone, turned her mom and said "I'll have to charge you for another one". Despite what is some of the best ice cream in town, I would never come back and do business with a company that doesn't even have a sense of decent customer service, much less any form of Wyoming hospitality.
