Cream of sugar is a cute ice cream shop. I was excited to see different flavors, like birthday cake, Huckleberry, and M&M cookie crunch. Over the course of five days, I couldn't resist and had the M&M cookie crunch ice cream three times. I looked forward to it and the prices were decent relative to the area but still pricey for the lack of toppings they added on. Regardless, I think it's a great place to stop in to grab your ice cream fix. Luckily, it did not have a major line when I stopped at different times. I wish I grabbed the mini cookie ice cream sandwiches, but maybe next time! read more

Love love love cream and sugar! Number 1, what they consider "1 scoop" is HUGE! So come prepared to share. I love that they have a smaller menu also because it reduces decision paralysis which is amazing. I got a scoop of their collab flavor which was Persephone Smores and just yum!! I loved the milk chocolate based and the random graham crackers and marshmallow. Yum! If you want a simple ice cream shop I think this is the perfect spot and not nearly as long of a line as other places in town! Delish! read more

After dinner, we visited Cream + Sugar Ice Cream Shop. The shop is located near the park and within walking distance of several restaurants, making it an easy stop after a meal. The shop offers nine different flavors and allows customers to sample them before placing an order. I ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone with tea and hot honey flavors. As a tea lover, I would rate the tea ice cream five stars. The richness of the tea flavor was well blended with the creamy base, and it reminded me of the milk tea from my hometown. The hot honey flavor was sweet and full of honey essence. The staff even offered to drizzle liquid honey on top of the ice cream upon request, which was a great addition. I do not remember if the shop has indoor seating, but we chose to sit outside on a bench since the weather was pleasant. read more

This was disappointing. We ordered one scoop of the huckleberry ice cream and it seemed like they were scraping the last bits in the barrel to come up with the one scoop. If you look at the photo, they didn't even manage to make a full scoop. But on top of that, I realized later that they charged us for a double scoop. Seriously? First of all, the decent thing to do would've been to let us know that they're out or running low on the huckleberry and if we'd like something else or at least half and half. Because it was literally scraps, the ice cream texture also felt more icy vs creamy. $8+ for this sad little scoop. Like I said, very disappointing. read more

Quick in and out ice cream shop around the park. Close to all the shops and restaurants for a nice after shopping or dinner treat. Reasonably priced for the area and not a huge menu which made it quick simple in picking. Nice people as well. read more

This is a cute ice cream shop in downtown Jackson. This place is small and has no seating. You will have to be creative in finding a place to eat it. The downtown gets packed with tourists so this can get tricky, but we found a spot. There was a line outside the store onto the walkway, although it moved quickly. They had a lot of flavors. We both got a scoop of the huckleberry ice cream, which was delicious! read more

I went into Cream + Sugar a few days ago to hang out with a friend of mine. I ordered the huckleberry ice cream and she ordered the Honey pot 399 since I had ordered that in the past and thought it was amazing. The kids at the counter were friendly and nice. The shop was busy but not crazy busy so we were able to order in a reasonable amount of time. We ended up walking around the area and talked for a while. In my opinion, Cream + Sugar is one of the best ice cream shops in town and is fairly priced especially since they are less expensive compared to other shops in town and they offer a similar menu. read more

Don't miss this ice cream shop!!! I have been a HUGE fan of this ice cream for years- I almost killed over when I saw they opened a location right in town. Their ice cream is very delicious, creamy and has a nice local made feel to it. So different from the other ice cream spots close by that feel like they were imported from across the country. Their store has a wide variety of flavors (about 10) and they also offer their tasty ice cream sandwiches. My all time favorite is their cookies and cream ice cream. So different from the classic cookies and cream- they use the cookies they use for their ice cream sandwiches. It is a must try!!! read more

Very busy shop. Ice cream was just okay but the scoop was generous. Had the huckleberry flavor and I was hoping for more of a berry taste than it had. The topping board is also small and on the end of the ice cream case, not on the wall menu. So I completely missed that and was disappointed after I paid and realized. I would have gotten a topping if that sign was more prominent. read more

I don't know if it's just the mint ice cream, but the texture of the ice cream here is like sandpaper. It's gritty. Hard for me to recommend but it could have just been an odd batch or something. I was excited to find this new brand of artisan ice cream from Jackson Hole, Wyoming at a local Albertson's. Of the 6 available flavors, Huckleberry was the most unique, so that's what I bought. Each pint cost $6.99, which is pretty expensive for grocery store ice cream. Although nicely packaged, I was disappointed to discover that this ice cream cream doesn't taste like huckleberries. I took a look at the list of ingredients. Mystery solved! The first fruit mentioned in the ingredients is Blueberries, followed by Huckleberry Compote. The first ingredient listed for the compote is Blueberries, followed by Huckleberries. Truth in advertising matters. I won't be buying any more ice cream by this brand. Neither should you. read more

Would not recommend coming here. I usually never write bad reviews but the service here is awful and very unorganized. It's a bunch of young kids who have no idea what they are doing. My boyfriend asked for salted caramel with sprinkles, and they ended up giving him either what was vanilla or a salted caramel that tasted exactly like vanilla with no taste of caramel. Ice cream wasn't great. We will not be coming back here. read more

Last night was dying for some ice cream after a great dinner. Found cream and sugar and got into line. The line queued down the sidewalk, it took us 15+ minutes to get to the counter. The menu outside of ice cream flavors didn't match the menu inside of ice cream flavors, which didn't match the actual ice cream that they had in the counter. The staff seemed overwhelmed for such a large crowd. Ice cream was good but not fantastic, it was a little pricey for one scoop. Would not recommend this place. read more

Nice flavors but it should not be melting immediately upon service on a 60 degree day. Also on the next morning, everyone was making multiple trips to bathroom. Not sure what quality of milk was being used but in my experience, cheaper dairy will deal more harshly with folks' digestive systems. read more

Don't miss out on this fantastic little ice cream shop! We were in town just for the night and stopped by this place after dinner. It's a small space but the lighting looks really nice. I am personally not an ice cream sandwich person but I tried their huckleberry ice cream sandwich (never had huckleberry before so I can't say much about the flavor) but the cookies were divine! My husband is an ice cream sandwich fan and he was raving about this too. I might just change my mind about ice cream sandwiches now, but I have a feeling I will be disappointed with other shops where i'm at. The staff was super friendly and service was quick, got to try a couple of other flavors, they didn't have much but that worked for me at that point in time (I honestly just really wanted to try huckleberry because tourist lol). She came from across the counter to make sure we were charged $.25 for the extra bowl. Then, our friends little girl was handed her ice cream which immediately fell off the cone because it wasn't pressed down into the cone. The manager literally watched a 5 year old girl's ice cream fall off the the cone, turned her mom and said "I'll have to charge you for another one". Despite what is some of the best ice cream in town, I would never come back and do business with a company that doesn't even have a sense of decent customer service, much less any form of Wyoming hospitality.

A bowl of fruit was ordered with fresh blueberries and ripe strawberries. Again, a generous amount. Cafe Genevieve has a staff that hustles. The food is done well and the portion sizes are large. The costs are a bit high with an average spend of $25 to $35 pp not including a morning cocktail for a basic breakfast. If you are hungry, stop by Cafe Genevieve for a solid breakfast.

When I first entered the store everybody was in the kitchen baking and crafting chocolate, they did eventually come onto the floor and take my order. The only issue that I had is when I mentioned I would be shipping the chocolates and I asked if they would ship well, the associates response was "yes they do". Then since the box did not fully close (and she saw me attempting to close it) she asked me if I would be shipping them and I said yes again. so now I have to ship a partially opened box of chocolates.

Most of the time they're referred to as a morning bun and they have hints of orange. 3/5 Now for the beans that I bought. I got home and opened them to see that they were very shiny (that means that they are a darker roast because the natural oils come out of the beans the longer you roast them). They are marked as a light roast and they are far from it. The roast date isn't on them either and that should have been my red flag. 0/5 Below is the Ethiopia light roast from SRRC next to the CC Java Estate that I just bought, for reference.

Despite what is some of the best ice cream in town, I would never come back and do business with a company that doesn't even have a sense of decent customer service, much less any form of Wyoming hospitality.
