Very impressed with the array of offerings at CocoLove. It has everything from uniquely designed truffles to macarons to exquisite pastries to sorbet / gelato options and even a brownie muffin that makes you wonder why it required a trip to Wyoming to get exposed to this dessert. If you have a sweet tooth, you have a lot to consider here. The staff was super friendly in answering my questions. We bought some items and ate inside the shop, which was clean and welcoming for purposes of a casual, gourmet, dessert experience. They did a really great job here, and other venues would be wise to take note.

We got a strawberry coconut mousse cake, macaroons and a chocolate mousse. All the desserts were decadent and just the right amount of sweet. The lady at the counter was very sweet and the cafe is a small quaint hole in the wall place. We plan to go back to try the horchata shake and chocolate bars.

It was like stepping back into Italy a little for us. Hands down my favorite Bar (coffee and pastries) in Jackson. All others don't compare. A must stop for everyone!!!!

Pastries: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: If you want a tasty sweet treat in this town...definitely come here! The extended review... Pastries: Raspberry Pistachio - 4/5 - A very good tasting combination. There are many distinct layers to this dessert. Mani - 4/5 - Who doesn't like peanut butter and chocolate? If you are...this is your dessert. Once again there's a number of great textures with this dessert. Passion Fruit w/ Coconut Ganache Bar - 4/5 - Super tasty and rich. I loved the combination of flavors for this bar and it was in my stomach within a few seconds. Service: 4/5 - Friendly and helpful staff. Ambiance: 4/5 - Definitely an elevated feeling as you walk into the shop.

Very quaint little chocolate coffee shop. Love the interior of the place. Colors of fall. Stopped by here after exploring the town. Shop sells fancy quality chocolates and gelato. We ordered cafe latte and almond croissant. The croissant was excellent except for the too crumbly texture and that's just me. The flavor however is delectable. We sat outside and enjoyed people watching.

Great place for great-tasting, creative desserts. We tried their Espresso cheesecake and it was perfect. Not too sweet, and super rich. Would love to check out more of their desserts on a future visit.

I am so excited finding a parking spot and the spot is just right in front of a choco store. I tried the chocolate and hot chocolate. Just excellent.

If you don't tip they will only add milk to your latte, and not espresso. Especially if it's the woman with sparky attitude.

This bar is legendary and a staple in Wyoming. The Silver Dollar Bar was country prior to instagram and everyone wearing jeans and boots pretending they lived and worked on a ranch. The decor is nice working ranchers. Boots are working clothes, not a fashion statement. We sat at a window table to enjoy the sun on a blustery, snow showery and passing sun day. Watching tourists here is a kick in the pants as they are glued to catching moments of "living western" on their phones. The three elk smashed sliders with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese were accompanied with PERFECT, CRUNCHY, PIPING HOT RINGS. As an aside, an additional order on rings were added because once in a while you must indulge. The sliders were fine and dense but that is elk. The rings were EPIC! Today was about simple food amongst the locals. We were able to ignore the 8 bachelorettes from back east documenting every drink at the bar. Cheddar scallion biscuit - wow, this one is delicious and such a buttery savory choice! Croissant - buttery and flaky. The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.
