During this facial, as always, Ela explains what she's using and why she's using it which I always find great as I like to learn more about care for my specific skin type. I ended up buying a few of her products to take home, her serum and her night cream as I really liked them when she used them on me. The day of my service I arrived 15 minutes before like I was asked to and was greeted immediately as I walked in. Andrea greeted me and let me know she was going to clean the room and get ready for me. When I walked in the room, you could tell it was clean and sanitized. Andrea got to know me and asked me some questions about my skin and my waxing history. I let her know it was my first time getting a full Brazilian and underarm wax and she explained to me the process and the pain levels. I felt super comfortable with Andrea.
