I would give these guys 10 stars if possible. I needed a last minute prom/grad gift for my son. I found a Bulova watch I really liked and it was not in stock anywhere. I called Just N Time Saturday morning and they had the watch in stock but it was up in Irvine. I explained my son's prom limo was leaving at 3PM and we are in San Marcos. Luis personally drove the watch down from Irvine to San Marcos, the watch literally arrived at 2:50 PM. This is the kind of customer service you could make a movie about. I brought my watch in due to moisture inside it. It was done in 15mins and was surprised it was so fast. There was a bit of dirt/debris and the #6 got nicked and part of the paint on it was hanging off it, so I came back to get it cleaned and just took that paint hanging off the #6 off it. After receiving it, and it looked like the moisture was gone. I wore the watch out and when I got back home the moisture was back. Super bummed on it since I paid for a service that didn't actually fix the problem. I ended up buying my own tools to take my watch apart and dry it properly for less of the price of the service. I don't like leaving bad review's but I was just really bummed out. The employee working was very kind and nice. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. Let me save you time and energy. I took my Casio G shock here to get a battery replaced and new straps, which cost 40 + dollars. My watch is waterproof, it's meant to go into water. I swam with it and water got in. This led me to believe the guy Kevin who attended me didn't replace the cover properly. I called the business and he told me to come in and he'll take a look. Luckily I kept my receipt. When I got there he opened my watch and proceeded to tell me that this wasn't his work, because the battery is different. He then said the brand of battery does not match the one he uses. I told him I didn't open, replace or tamper with anything, I don't know anything about watches. The only place I brought my watch to was him. He continued to deny and said he could do nothing for me, before trying to sell me another watch at a discounted price. BAD BUSINESS KEVIN. I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your money. - $40 in the hole, thanks for nothing. read more

Was in need of a watch battery on a Sunday so I found this place. Unfortunately the cost was outrageous. I had 4 watches that needed batteries but only opted for one at the price of $40.00 for a 3 year battery. Thank goodness I waited on the other watches and went to my regular jewelers on Monday and paid $16.00 per watch. My jeweler was particularly busy so I had to wait a bit, but well worth the wait because he gave me a discount on the third watch. BTW he said all batteries are the same and longevity of a battery is based on how well as the mechanism in the watch is working. I do not recommend! read more

I had my battery replaced on my Movado watch and Franc... first quoted me for $49 it was just too expensive so I'm ready to leave... then he gave me a lower price $30... so I went for it.... something really bad happened to the watch I noticed that cover was dented... asked the guy he said that how they open it he polished the sharp edges a little bit but the dent didn't disappear. I've been going her for about year. Kevin is beyond friendly and provides excellent customer service. His watch selection is broad and he always has the latest styles in stock. My first experience was Christmas last year. The experience was so positive that I have been back for serval more new purchases and for some repairs (older watches from years prior). Unfortunately I have to update my review after the watch I dropped off I got back. Kevin was very polite which is why I didn't give this place one star. I got the watch back and within a day the crystal plate fell off and we didn't notice so the whole watch got ruined in the pool. This is a waterproof watch btw. When I go to return t they did nothing but push the blame. He said we must have been ruff because that's the only way. Minus the fact we have had the watch for two years no problem with it at all. I would think two years of wear and tear on a watch would do more damage then one day after repair. There was an excuse for everything! Eventually he had to ask his manager and said he would call in 72 hours. Almost two weeks later we go to pick it up since we never heard back like the first time and he has nothing to say but exactly what he said the first time and I can do half refund. As we kept talking he continued to say we damaged the watch and changed to store credit. Why would I come back to this place after you don't want to take responsibility for your faulty repair? He offered to try and give us a deal on a new watch but had yet to even consider it was their fault because we didn't have the missing crystal piece. Yes because we didn't have the clear piece of glass that is the size of a half dollar that fell off while we were out. He kept changing excuses and went from half refund to half store credit to writing us a check that he has to get approved to finally saying he can give us a refund on our card but no cash. Pretty horrible service and I will never be back. At two stars now but we'll see if the refund ever posts. Has yet to even show pending so we will see. Seems they have a good track record so I wouldn't say don't go but I will never return because I don't trust the work they do. --------------------- This was my initial review. Had my finances Citizen watch fixed here and couldn't be happier with the results. He is an authorized Citizen seller so I had the choice of genuine pieces (watch band and crystal plate) or generic for the band. The watch looks brand new and Kevin was so nice and courteous. Will be referring all my family and friends and be returning if I ever need anything repaired. read more

Two days before Christmas I needed my watch sized, cleaned, and the battery replaced. I went to every store front jewelry store in the mall they all told me I would have to wait until after the new year. Finally one representative recommended Just In Time to me and the recommendation came just as it states "Just in Time". In less than 15 minutes Luis had my watch ticking, fitting, and clean. He explained how he could detail the watch better if he had more time. I left him with it over night and the next day it was good as new. He and his lovely assistant were professional, knowledgeable, and also kind and pleasant. I would recommend these watch experts to family and friends. read more

They scammed me and my friend! Saying the Invicta Pro Diver watch was 500 so after paying for it I took it home and looked up the watch on google and you could get the same watch off Amazon for only 50 bucks so I do not recommend Just in time. And I will be returning to the Westfield North County Mall and asking for a refund for the watch. read more

I had a small repair to my watchband that I took in (the pin popped out). At first, I dropped the watch off to a business in the Vons Center on Midway Drive. The snooty lady gave me a lot of lip-service, told me it would cost $15 and I would need to pick it up same time the next day. I asked why so much and so long and she gave me a story about needing to fit the right one and she's not sure they have the right size...bla bla bla. So I left it and went in as instructed the next day and she was snootier and said she needed another hour because she was too busy. I just asked for my watch back and walked out. Driving home, I stopped by your guy and asked if he couls help me. $5 and for minutes later I was out the door with my fixed watch......plus he seemed almost ashamed to charge me the 5 bucks. He's a great guy and I will be going back the next time I need to buy something shiny! read more
