Mike and his crew were fantastic, they arrived right on time about 5 minutes after the pods got here I showed them what needed to be done and then they humped, no joking no messing around they got down and busted their buns and got me done in an hour I'm so thoroughly impressed with these guys that I gave him all the twenty dollar tip. After submitting a Quote through the Yelp system, JiT Moving responded in less than 2 minutes after they received the Quote. :-o Within about 15 minutes, all questions, information and pricing was completed. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous, and professional. So, kudos to them for that. Unfortunately, and even before she told me the price, Gina M said, it is doubtful that you will want to use us because of the system that we employ. Follow up review. Moving is stressful, right? Locally or domestically. Well... I can't even begin to say (again) how pleased I have been with this moving company. They are efficient, timely, honest, affordable, and the absolute best at staying on top of their game. I had to move my belongings in to their storage units due to Covid. Through the process of moving out of my place - they provided detailed information to every question I asked on the initial call which held true throughout my contract with them, stayed in frequent contact with me, showed up exactly when they said they would at the beginning of an anticipated 4 hour window of arrival time, and moved my stuff out with care, caution, and precision. They know what they're doing and treat your things like they would their own. I then relocated and had to move my things out of their storage vaults. They gave me every recommendation as far as size of Uhaul I would need, to what other supplies I would need to provide (moving blankets for example) since they weren't actually doing my move to the new location. And again, they showed up at the warehouse as early as the beginning of the window of arrival time they had provided along with staying in contact and updating me along the way. I also LOVED working with every member of their team. You can tell and hear it in their voice that they are dedicated and passionate about their company, are experts at what they do, and follow through on their values of their services and their company. One of the best decisions and companies I have made/used when it comes to moving. I highly highly recommend them. They were extremely helpful and flexible. I needed some movers on short notice and they were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I even added some requests that I didn't state on the initial quote. My only feedback for improvement, if I need to find something, is that they forgot some clothing in the closets (this may be because they didn't have enough wardrobe boxes since I didn't request any, I'm not sure) and they left light bulbs from the floor lamps they moved. We didn't move very far so it was a slight inconvenience to go back for them but that is the ONLY thing I could think off for improvement. They worked diligently for the whole 5 hours and I haven't found any damage to the moved items nor the walls/areas of the house. They had great communication before the move via email and phone call and on the day of a crew scheduled for us was slammed so they coordinated another crew that had finished early to come to our home. Didn't miss a beat. My wife handled the placement and arrangement of items at the destination and she said they were overly helpful. Very encouraging to hear. Thank you! read more

This is a review on the quote process only. From my first request from a quote I made it clear that I wanted a binding not to exceed quote. I was assured this wouldn't be an issue. When they did the walkthrough (which is only at inconvenient times), they again assured me that we could do a not to exceed quote. When I received the estimate it was a regular estimate. When I called them I was assured that I didn't need a not to exceed estimate because they almost always come in under. When I said I would only use a company that offered one they said they would add a note to the estimate but would add 2 hr to the estimate to protect them...I had no issue with this. They sent the updated estimate. I replied same day with a question via email about the estimate stating that I would book the move day once my question was answered but I received no response. I called them today (3 days after email) and they answered my question. When I went to book they told me that they decided not to give the discount originally quoted and that I also couldn't move on the day that they had quoted me because I took too long to book. I emailed them the same day as my quote but apparently that's not enough. I'm moving with All My Sons now. Their quote was a little higher now but Jeff has been nothing but professional so far. I highly recommend avoiding JIT. Update: just to make sure everyone realizes that Justin is lying. I wanted to show the screenshot of the email I sent on the same day as the quote. The move day did change (prior to the quote), however, when they updated the quote to the 17th they stated there would be no price change and that was reflected in the quote provided...until today. This moving company was excellent throughout the entire process.  The front office gal was extremely helpful and on hand to answer any questions I had regarding every step of their process, including the breakdown of their quote (simplified and straightforward with no surprises). When you first see the quote, you wonder if there's a mistake when compared to other companies. I could not have picked a better moving company for my cross-country move. I moved from Phoenix, Arizona to Manhattan, New York into uncharted waters. I was completely terrified not only about my new destination but the complications that would include parking, working with a hoisting company, my two man elevator and a 5 story stair climb. My long-distance coordinator Gina, was absolutely wonderful during the quoting process in which I used JIT for packing my 1900 sqft home as well as moving and unloading in our townhouse. They moved me in late July with a September delivery date. They charged me way over what was quoted but I figured as long as everything I own is safe it's worth it. It's been since September and I've been waiting for a call saying they've found the other half of my chair, but crickets. I wouldn't mind so much because when you move you expect breakage. But this was a brand new chair never sat in. I contacted them and the girl was very defensive telling me they don't wrap furniture the way it is in the photo even though it is tagged with their inventory tag. Plus how would she know? I wish I had the experience that most of the other reviewers had. I had a crew load a UPack container. It was mostly boxes and some furniture. My furniture was packed and handled poorly. Specifically a sofa. The Sofa cushions were just thrown in the UPack with seemingly no thought of wrapping or protecting them. I first noticed them when I went down to inspect the UPack when the crew was done. Three of the cushions were stuffed at the very top of the container between boxes and the ceiling of the container. One of the movers pulled them down and they were already dirty. The other three cushions (pictured) were packed behind other items. The back rest of the sofa was damaged (pictured). I don't understand why they weren't wrapped with the paper pads that I purchased from them. It does not feel like they cared about my items when they loaded it. If they had cared, I think they would have done the bare minimum of wrapping some of my furniture up properly. I can't recommend Just-In Time Moving and Delivery based on my experience with them. Edit: I purchased 25 paper pads for $89.50. I'm not sure where they are? I certainly do not see anywhere near 25 of them used to pack my belongings. read more

The fastest movers I've ever experienced with! They arrived on time early in the morning and we're out of our next house so quick! I kept asking if they wanted food or water and they would never stop working hard! They never took a break! I almost wanted them to slow down because my husband and I were still packing last minute items haha! Very friendly and took care of our items as if it were their own! If we ever have to move again it's a MUST that we use them again!! Thank you so much! Moving can be scary and we always want a crew that takes care of our items! They also loaned us boxes that we needed, they had shipping materials like blankets and tape, and they disassembled and assemble furniture! This is my second time using Just-In Time moving services and AGAIN I am impressed!! They moved my 2100sq ft home in under 8 hrs! This included disassembling and entertainment center, large desk with return, and other items. They packed up a few loose items for me.
