Their mechanic along with another employee who has wisdom and knowledge through age were able to get my strut reassembled. When I went in to pick it up they did not charge me a dime as they knew I had been without a car for over a week. All that they asked for was some recognition and hopes of getting an alignment after I get the strut installed. I literally walked out tearing up as I was hard up for cash and this was a blessing in disguise. Definately taking it back for the alignment. For a business to still see and realize when people are struggling and just need a little helping hand I thought was amazing. Like what business does things like this now a days? They did their work and advised me that the truck was still perfectly aligned and only my steering needed adjustment. (So it wasn't cockeyed when driving straight) rotated the tires and on my way in 30. They didn't charge me because they said I was straight and it was a minor adjustment. The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. My husband took it back and the same message came up "oil limit above maximum" my husband called back and was told they would call us back and never did. It cost approximately $160. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

He took his car over to the Les Schwab location conveniently located down the street and the team was professional, courteous, and offered three possible outcomes. After about a week's time, his car was ready, It was an expensive repair bill but my son asked if he could finance the bill. They ran his credit check and set up payments for him. I believe the neighborly team leader was Pat who helped my son.
