First of all, the are not affordable. They were more then every place I've recently got a bid. I paid 5400.00 5 yrs. ago. To start off, the first time i took my truck there, i had a small problem and the mechanic started to fix it with a zip tie.i walked into the office and had them fix it right. That should have been a red flag. Then i took it my truck back to have my transmission rebuilt. When ipicked it up, i asked the guy in the office if the same guy that did my last repair was the same guy that rebuilt my transmission. He said yes. I knew right then i was going to have problems. About 1 1/2 years later i started having problems. Hi rpms before it would shift, rough shifts, not shifting at all over 3000 rpms. The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in to ask about installing a 2.5" leveling kit on my truck. A young employee came up front and offered to help. I explained what I was looking for, and after a quick look at the truck, he casually said, "Yeah, that'll be $299." My wife was pleasantly surprised since I had expected something closer to $400-$450 and even commented on how inexpensive it sounded. That's when things took a turn. The employee suddenly got excited and said, "Oh, no--you misunderstood. That's just for the kit. The full install will be $899." That's an absurd price for a 2.5" leveling kit installation. Even worse than the inflated cost was the way the pricing seemed to shift based on our reaction. That's not how you build trust. To make matters worse, the exact same kit was available at reputable tire shops for just under $400 installed. I've purchased multiple sets of tires here over the years and trusted them with plenty of work--but after this experience, I won't be returning. If you're looking for tires, alignments, or suspension work, I'd strongly recommend going with a company that values transparency and treats its customers with honesty

I waited an HOUR before they even pulled my car into a bay. I get tire shops are busy and waits can be expected, but if I make an appointment, waiting an hour before even getting service is a bit frustrating. If the wait is expected to be over an hour, they should let customers know. Once in the bay, it took less than 15 minutes to fix the leak. I guess the only positive to my visit is that I wasn't charged for them to fix it.
