To help avoid confusion, I placed my order on the self service kiosk, but there were no photos or thali listed either. So, I just ordered a plain dosa, chicken biryani, and overpriced breakfast platter. The dosa, even when made fresh, was no crispy and just soggy. Lassi was extremely sweet and small paper cup of chai was $3... Would love to figure out how to order this mysterious thali that is in all their advertising, yet not available.

The burger was decent, but you don't need to come here for one. Honestly, the best thing was the pesto pasta salad side. It was good, and I wished there was more.

As someone who recently moved to the Southeast from the San Francisco Bay Area and spends a lot of time traveling for work, I'm always looking for memorable meals on the road. While the hotel itself was fairly typical for a business stay, the restaurant was easily the highlight. As I live close by I have attempted to call and put myself on the wait list and arrive when they are ready but management would not budge. This will be on their terms with zero flexibility... They also sell cakes but cakes are always turned away from the customer...I have not seen this anywhere else...it really points to the fact that management has little experience in hospitality industry....
