We had an opportunity to try Espressos Coffee for lunch this past week and the reviews don't lie. The clerk was very nice and efficient, and we liked the vibe of the restaurant. The music playing was coming from a vinyl record player and was at a reasonable volume to allow you to have a pleasant conversation. We both ordered a ham panini and while it took a little longer than I anticipated for the order to come out (but not unreasonably so), the sandwiches were hot and fresh. The cheese was gooey as cheese should be and the sandwiches were perfectly toasted. I got a fresh fruit cup for my side, and while that may seem like a simple task - it's amazing how many times you get sad looking fruit with minimal variety. Not here! My cup had a mix of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and red and green grapes; everything looked absolutely fresh and perfectly ripe. My husband ordered a side of sweet potato chips. We actually thought they were homemade because they came out warm with just a little give to the chip. I actually asked them if they were made in-house and the clerk admitted that they weren't but that they warm them up to make them more tasty. I have to admit, it was a special treat and was a perfect accompaniment to the hot sandwich. Sadly, this place isn't really close to where we live, we just happened to be in the area for some business; however, I would actually make a special trip for this place. I've been a few times and it is great for meeting with friends and catching up. It is located in a strip mall and parking is always easy right out front. You never have to walk too far. I usually come in around 8am and the staff is always friendly. They have a good selection of pastries in a display case and hot breakfast on the menu, and of course, your full line of coffee drinks. I would describe the environment as cozy, it feels like your friend's living room, which again makes it great for catching up. The lighting is a little dark, but I have never had a problem getting a seat here. There is a variety of seating, including couches, comfy chairs, 2 top and 4 top tables. I have actually never had the food here, but the coffee drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. read more

Espressos is a great little coffee shop! It's got a very cozy, relaxing vibe with a variety of furniture and decor, much of which seems thrifted (cool!). They have a record player and the table numbers when you order are actually little records. Very cute! The food is excellent. I got scrambled eggs with sausage, bacon, and a side of fruit and loved it all. If you are gluten free, you are in luck because they have an absolutely amazing gluten free banana chocolate chip cake! Better than most gluten free pastry options in the area. The one negative thing I have to say is this: They don't brew decaf coffee, and the decaf Americano doesn't have a great flavor. For a place called Espressos, I was surprised the espresso didn't have a richer flavor. I come here for the food and relaxed atmosphere, not the coffee. I still recommend this place 100% and think the food menu is great! 5 stars! read more

A Hidden Gem with Flavor and Vibes! This place is everything you want in a coffee shop -- and more. First off, the drinks are top-notch. I had a latte that was perfect, I seriously considered ordering a second just to keep the magic going. The food was yummy. I never order tuna salad sandies (seriously never) and thought I'd take a shot. It gave me "homemade" taste and was not drowning in mayo. Also, the side of fruit is fresh and not squishy fighting to survive. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which instantly makes the whole experience feel more personal and chill. You can tell they care about their customers. Speaking of vibe -- this spot has an old school music theme throughout. Think vinyls on the wall, good tunes playing, and just an overall creative, relaxed atmosphere. It's clean, inviting, and definitely a place where you'll want to hang out for a while. Amazing coffee consistently over the years! Usually food is pretty good, too, but today I tried to go for a more savory item than usual and was pretty disappointed. Pictured is the chicken panini press half eaten to show the ingredients that don't match their menu description, they definitely did not make it with mozzarella cheese or sun dried tomatoes. Would have changed my order if they simply informed me that they were out? Or if they don't have these ingredients anymore why are they still on the printer and chalk menu board? :( read more

I'm not a coffee crusader so I wasn't looking for a coffee shop. I was looking for a place for lunch since I was in the area. I can't comment on the coffee as I did not have any. I can comment on the food. Good breakfast and lunch menu. I ordered a Rueben with my choice of side, which was a fruit cup. The Rueben was fantastic! The amount of corned beef on the sandwich could only be compared to the old Jason's deli( if anyone remembers them). Just the right amount of kraut and dressing. Grilled nicely. It was one of the best Rueben's I've ever had. The fruit cup had pineapple, strawberries.. blueberries and melon. Fresh and cold. The salads coming out looked delicious and I would like to say I'll try one next time, but I can't. The Rueben was so good I'll have it again. read more

Great little neighborhood cafe! I always make a point to stop by Espressos when I'm passing by the area. The staff are warm and friendly. There's ample parking available. Plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor. In addition to coffee and pastries, Espressos Coffee also serves breakfast items like waffles and omelets as well as lunch items like salads, sandwiches and more. The pastry display case always tempts me and more often than not, I end up giving in and getting one of their big and delicious scones. My go-to drink is an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. Their version has a unique taste and I haven't quite figured out if it's the oat milk, honey or cinnamon that they use. Either way, I dig it! read more

Espressos has been my go-to coffee/local café for over 8 years. The food is always creative and delicious. The baked goods are especially fresh and yummy. The freshly baked pies are always the best around during the holidays, and the staff feel like your good friends or neighbors. I recommend the scones, pies, cakes, gluten free baked goods, jalapeño grits, Westerner breakfast sandwich, Reuben sandwich(best I've ever had at a restaurant, not too heavy or greasy but OOZING with flavor), and potato salad. Their protein shakes and coffees are excellent too. I often get the King Kong or the Godzilla after a workout. The environment is relaxed and welcoming, with vinyl records playing at all times. Local events and artists are highlighted on the bulletin board and artists sell items in the café as well. Overall this place is great for a quick coffee on the go or a lazy Saturday breakfast. read more

Old review from last month - I wasn't a fan of the keesh today, it didn't taste like it was cooked all the way through. The bottom tasted very doughy. I always enjoy eating the banana bread because it's not too sweet. Their coffee selections are great. Everyone here is very friendly. The service is quick. If you want to sit down and get some work done this is an ideal setting but it's not really quite here. The shop is clean and looks like your average coffee shop. read more

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots in the Alpharetta area. The staff is always friendly and knows our order and we love the food and coffee. We love the original platter with three scrambled eggs with cheese, 3 pieces of bacon and your choice of bread. I add jalapeños and cholula to my eggs and they're great. Kona coffee is great and lots of seasonal specials. Their smoothies are really good as well and their omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. It's in the shopping center with Casa Nueva and has good indoor and outdoor seating. Very reasonable and good portions. Definitely check it out! read more

It's a perfect family restaurant all of the time but it's also a great place to do some relaxing contemplation for lunch! The food is as fresh as it gets! And if you want a real Rubisandwich, this is the place! Lean and plenty of flavorful corned beef! Try the homemade chicken salad, there take on a Napa chicken salad is loaded with grapes! She was not following immediately behind with a sanitation system but told my mom "oh that's just how I clean" a guest came in and sat at a table that was swept off with a broom that was used to clean the dirty floor. I've come to this place over the years many times. Their food is usually pretty good, but recently the service is not. There's one girl behind the counter almost every time I come in and she looks like she hates her job. I had asked her if I was able to order an item that was under the breakfast list and she responded with... "Yeah...no. Breakfast ended a long time ago it's literally 2pm" I was kind of baffled at that response because she made me feel dumb for even asking. She has zero customer service skills. They have fun coffee and iced coffee and great iced tea. Ambiance: this place is COZY. There's always a record player - playing cool music- and some comfy chairs in the corner, wedged in between some bookshelves. Value: priced really welll Service: while staff is super friendly and accommodating and kind. I love working from this shop- once a week for a change of scenery from my home office. My favorite local hang out spot for the best cup of coffee around with their Hawaiian Kona blend. Throwback 70's music plays on the turntable for anyone to come in and pick next album up. Great place to meet a friend for breakfast or a great lunch sandwich. Chances are you will see the same locals frequenting on s daily basis. Amazing coffee, breakfast and treats. My mom was in town and I brought her in for breakfast and she loved it. I had an omelette and toast, and the food is perfect every time. I always get a tea to start! There are lots of seats inside and a few outside. They are located in a small strip mall next to another one of our Alpharetta faves, Casa Nuova. The owner at Espressos is super nice and the decor is too cute! There's a record player and the music is always upbeat and lively.
