They didn't, so I called back to see when they can come, and the receptionist says they are so busy, they can no longer come this week so next week on Thursday they can come. They will call me on Thursday morning. They didn't. I call them on Thursday morning to see what time and she said later in the afternoon, the owner will call to pin down a time. I got the call from the owner and he said he can't come because the job he's on will take too much time. He kindly offered to come on a Saturday morning, we decided 8am would be best. Great, I thought! Saturday 8am rolls by and he text me saying he can't come due to an emergency call in the night. I understood. Well, that was a month ago. I've received no follow-up call since then. The whole process was sloppy and I was treated rudely.
