I got a quote over the phone for $55 for a full set of acrylic nails but got to register and was charged $70 . I didn't get anything extra. They charged me for the SHAPE and the polish!! BEWARE! Also while he was doing my Nails I went to bend down to grab my phone out of my purse he had my other hand in his hand he aggressively yanked my hand towards him because I bent over. I have arthritis and it was painful! If I could give Cape Ann nails minus stars I would !!! The wife was rude the husband was rude and the place is dirty! My nails are not almond shaped not sure what shape they are but they are fugly! I highly recommended that NOBODY goes to cape Ann Nails!!! Also most of the reviews you under this one are Old AF!

I really like this nail studio - it's clean, thorough, friendly, they have plenty of staff, and…read morethey do a great job. BUT recent changes to the spa pedi were a little frustrating. Before, only one clinician worked on you the entire time doing your nails and massage. This made it very easy to pay and tip. Now, one person does most of your pedi, but then another clinician comes over and gives you a foot / leg massage, along with 2 minutes on the neck area. It was great, but I brought enough cash tip for one clinician. So this leaves me with two choices - split the tip between the two clinicians so that each one gets less money, or bring double next time (too much) on top of the spa pedi price. I don't really like either option and it was much easier and more reasonable before. Also, my friend's pedi chipped on the very next day. I will probably continue to get pedis at this salon and would recommend, but just be aware of the tip situation.

The pedicure was not scheduled but with little fanfare Tracey was able to accommodate me. The salon is very clean, bright and well organized. Not a sweatshop ambiance. It was a very calming experience and I will be back. Unlike the other nail salon on Bessom where you are just a number there was no attitude. This salon actually appreciated my business and didn't make you feel like you are doing them a favor. Pricing is very reasonable and outcome fabulous. Please consider trying this salon. Thank you Annie and Tracey!!
