A big issue here is that the employee used a generic brush rather than the premium brush that came with the bottle - even after I told her I wasn't happy with the brush she pulled out of a bag. She was literally cleaning a different color paint off the brush before sticking it into the bottle I chose, which most definitely altered the color. Even after asking her to clean up the flooded paint on my cuticles it was still quite poorly done. Overall this was my one break after weeks with a newborn at home and it was quite saddening. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this place :(

The technique is poor; my gel nails were applied so thickly they looked unnatural and uneven (thick on one side, thin on the other). When I politely pointed out the issue during the appointment, the technician became defensive and dismissive. Most disappointingly, instead of fixing the issue, the staff began speaking exclusively in their native language to one another while looking at me and laughing. It was obvious I was being mocked for requesting the quality I am paying for. It is hostile, unprofessional, and the workmanship is below average. I will not return.
