I decided to try them again recently for a manicure, and the quality is still unacceptable, especially for a 'high-end' Marin salon. The technique is poor; my gel nails were applied so thickly they looked unnatural and uneven (thick on one side, thin on the other). When I politely pointed out the issue during the appointment, the technician became defensive and dismissive. Most disappointingly, instead of fixing the issue, the staff began speaking exclusively in their native language to one another while looking at me and laughing. It was obvious I was being mocked for requesting the quality I am paying for. It is hostile, unprofessional, and the workmanship is below average. I will not return.
