I've been wanting to do a review since my engagement photos a few months ago, so here it is. Leti is a wonderful person, you can tell she loves what she does. She doesn't care if she has to laydown on dirt and get dirty to get a great shot. I asked if I could do a few poses for our photo shoot and they came out great! I loved all of our pictures, and I can't wait for her to capture our special day. She deserves more than 5 stars, too bad that's the highest I can select! Thank you leti! You're the best! Leti recently also helped me out with our wedding invitations. I had a problem with the person I had ordered them with. I contacted her to ask if she knew someone, and she offered to do them. LATE REVIEW: My sister had her wedding in December of 2016. Prior to the wedding, my sister had nothing but positive encounters and had nothing but a warm and friendly experience with Leticia and her husband on their first meeting. Leticia was what my sister described as "everything you wanted your photographer to be." On the wedding day, it was a different story. Leticia refused to take any pictures while my sister was getting ready until she received the final payment. I get it, you have a business to manage and you don't get the product until you are paid. Understandable. Unfortunately, after getting paid Leticia was extremely rude to guests at the wedding and had her teenage son record the wedding. After the wedding my sister made multiple attempts to receive the photos and videos (thankfully my sister paid another vendor for the photo booth) from her wedding day. Neither was received by the date on the contract. After months of finally trying to get the photos, my sister received a thumb drive with all of the pictures on it. They were raw photos. None were edited or in focus. The video was grainy and audio was terrible. Luckily, my brother-in-law's brother had been taking pictures and captured some of the precious moments that were missed or too blurry to make out. I understand weddings can be stressful, and I had hoped for my sister that her experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately after reading previous reviews, it seems my sister was not the only person to experience Leticia's amateur photography. If photography is a hobby for her, I wish she would have let my sister know prior to the wedding. I would highly recommend seeking a different photographer until more experience and better customer service is gained by Leticia. read more

I wish I could give this zero stars.. She ruined the happiest day of my life. For my wedding Leticia was taking photos and her husband was running the photo booth. They were both so nice when we first met. However on the day of was a completely different story. From the beginning Leticia was simply rude to myself and my bridesmaids. We had to do our group photos before the ceremony and when I asked Leticia if she was ready she rudely stated, "ugh yeah, I have been ready waiting on you!" When one of my bridesmaids said something about not stressing the bride out more on her wedding day, she just rolled her eyes. I received about 800 photos from her for my wedding. After going through them, OVER HALF of them were extremely blurry or the exact same picture over and over again. There were so many memories that WERE NOT captured by Leticia. I only got ONE picture of myself with all of my bridesmaids... and guess what.. we are backwards. so you can not even see our faces. This really upsets me. I have no pictures to remember that day with them by my side! She did get quite a few of my husband with his groomsmen, and some of those did turn out nice. But it still makes me so upset that I didnt get any with my girls. AS a photographer she should have been on top of this! I also didnt get any pictures of our rings. NOT ONE! My husband didnt get any pictures with his siblings, which i stated to her before hand that it was very important they get one together. The tipping point was the reveal photos.... because we had to do our photos before the ceremony I really wanted to do reveal photos to show my husbands face the first time he saw me in my dress. This was the most important photo that I wanted... it turned out absolutely HORRIBLE! reveal photos are supposed to be taken of the GROOMS face when he sees his bride for the very first time.. Well.. the photos do not show his face AT ALL! it shows half of my face and the back of my husbands head instead. To top all of this off.. there was conflict between her and my sister in law because my sister in law asked her if she caught the first kiss photo.... simply wondering because the whole time during the ceremony she was walking around with her camera around her neck instead of taking pictures. ( I had many guests tell me this ) She stated my sister yelled at her, however my mother told me she concernly asked her about the photo, knowing how important it was to me. Leticia pulled me outside twice ON MY WEDDING DAY, crying and threatening to break her contract with me... (wow on my special day right)...because of my sister asking her "about her job that she is a professional in and knows what she is doing" Her husband was rude to all of my guests in the photobooth as well. telling them to hurry up and no that he would not fix the BRIGHT white light in everyones photos.. While on her break from photographing Leticia went out to talk to her husband at the photobooth and started talking very badly about my sister in law and other bridesmaids and saying a lot of rude stuff.. IN FRONT OF MY WEDDING GUESTS.. I had guests telling me all about it a few days after the wedding.. (my guests were kind enough to not want to stress me out on my wedding day) Neither her or her husband were professional at all! I asked leticia if she would take photos at no extra cost.. if i could have my bridesmaids put their dresses on to redo their photos with me that she DID NOT get.. She told me that she would be willing to do that... however the review (that my sister in law posted on yelp) would have to come down first! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! she wanted a TRUE negative review to come down before taking photos of me and my bridesmaids that she didnt get at my wedding... that I paid her for! I really hope she learned from absolutely ruining my day, and does a much better job on other peoples.... but SHE RUINED THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF MY LIFE. I WOULD REALLY ADVISE NOT USING HER FOR YOURS!! read more

What a wonderful Lady! Incredibly professional, very personable, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way! Just had my first ever Maternity session and Leticia made sure that all the poses and props that I wanted to have made it into the session. She made my session a dream come true, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and fun photo session. I am in love with the first couple photos that she shared with me already! Having to write this review really makes me sad, but if it saves a Bride the happiest day of her life so be it. After nothing but positive experiences with her, I recommended Leticia to my sister in law for her wedding day, my biggest regret. She did not have any of her pictures according to when the contract stated she would. Nearly all of the photos were blurry, out of focus. She did not return messages and phone calls and left my sister in law in the dark. My sister in law has only memories and not quality pictures to remember the happiest day of life because I referred Leticia. Her prices sound great but you truly get what you pay for. I highly recommend just one glance. I have done 3 sessions and extremely happy with all three. My first was my maternity/engagement photos and she nailed it. It was exactly what I wanted. She knew the right places that made every picture just amazing. Then I did my newborn baby photos.. they were perfect! Of course she was my wedding photographer! She captured all the most beautiful moments. And the photo booth was a hit! Everyone loved it and had so much fun. I also love that it's a family act. Her husband is such a nice man and helps run the photo booth. Her kids are so kind and helpful. I loved that she would bend over backwards (literally) to take the most beautiful picture. They the most creative pictures. The way she takes one simple thing and make the whole picture look incredible. I love that not one picture looks the same from any of her work. I would 100% no doubt keep just one glance as my photographer and recommend to everyone. For starters i found Leticia through a Facebook group called Party Mammas. After messaging with a few other photographers I decided to meet up with her. She was very kind & professional. My wedding was set for January but due to family issues had to be rescheduled luckily she was very understanding & was available to reschedule and was able to capture my wedding. The date of she was on time which I loved, very nice, very patient. She was quick at directing us for our pictures and really seemed to know what she was doing. While she was taking pictures her partner was doing video and interviewing my family I didn't get any complaints from anyone. everyone seemed to have no issues with them. I really enjoyed her services and definitely look forward to seeing all the pictures and working with her again. read more

If I could give them more stars I would. First of all, Leticia is great at answering her messages. She usually responds within an hour or so. She is extremely nice and energetic. My husband and I decided to hire Just One Glance for our engagement session and our wedding and for both events we had a blast! Leticia was wonderful and very professional. Filed a lawsuit against her!! Can't regret hiring enough. The pictures are all blurry, the edited photos had red eye and out of focus. And ontop of that i have only received the usb with the pictures, PAST THE DUE DATE stated in the contract. The video and album are no where to be seen! The event was back in June 24. All we got was an apology letter in October letting us know the material was not ready. I think that all the reviews with 5 stars are made by family members just to keep her getting hired once in a while. She stated that she works at a law office for immigration as a secretary, yet fails to follow her own contract. I sent her a letter through mail, personal delivery, text and through wedding wire and she had evaded all means. Oh and she only accepts cash which I'm sure is to avoid paying taxes. read more

Leticia was the photographer for my sisters pregnancy photos, her engagement, and wedding day. I was present for all of these events and she really has a good eye and know the right places to stand to catch the perfect picture. Leticia and her husband are very friendly and fun people. My experience with Just One Glance Photography was wonderful! My wedding originally wasn't until September 2016, but the venue I had booked was permanently closing by the end of 2015! Another surprise was that I found out I was pregnant so I came to the conclusion that if I was going to get married and have my beautiful wedding, then my best bet was to do so before the venue closed. With that said, I had 5 weeks to plan EVERYTHING for my December 6, 2015 wedding. A friend of mine, Alicia, referred me to Leticia through Facebook. I met with Leticia within the next few days to discuss and sign the contract. She is very easy to get ahold of whether it's through Facebook, text, or over the phone. The day of the wedding, Leticia and her husband were right on time at the hotel in Long Beach, to where the bridal party took pictures, and at the venue. Leticia was VERY patient with the bridal party of 20. Yes 20. It's very difficult to get grown men & women to pay attention at the same time. We never wasted anytime taking pictures or having the bridal party and family be interviewed for the video. Leticia made sure I got all the pictures that I wanted, and did not hesitate when I asked if she could follow me here & there & on the dock to take pictures. She captured ALL of the special moments that day. I am SOO happy I got the videography! I wasn't planning on getting it originally, but it fit my budget. The video included the whole ceremony and other special moments where I can honestly relive that day again through the video and pictures. Above all, Leticia and her husband were kind, professional, patient, etc with myself, bridal party and guests. I am very excited for Leticia to do my daughter's newborn pictures and other sessions in the future. read more

I paid Leticia almost 4 yrs ago for pictures of my husband in his Fire Class A uniform before we moved to Vegas, and have NEVER received them. I have contacted her several times and she keeps saying she sent them then she unfriended me and still no pictures, I even told her if they didn't turn out or something is wrong then give me my money but NOPE NOTHING. Do not waste your money!!! Leticia didn't have the pictures ready when she was suppose to. She sent me a usb with all the pics of my wedding first and was supposed to send my photo album a few days later but i didnt get it until a month and a half later. I text her a few times and didnt get a reply back. When i did get my photo album it was one that you make at CVS that i could of made myself with blurry pictures. Leticia did my kids christmas pics this past year at MIssion Inn and i couldnt have been more happy with the way they turned out. she got so many different set ups and different places in at the MIssion Inn. Leticia went above and beyond to make sure my pics were the best they could be. I recommend her to everyone I know in the Inland Empire and have never once received bad or negative feedback from anyone. I will be booking Leticia again read more

I trusted this woman to do a special event. After 3 months, and lots of unanswered messages, she finally sent me a USB port without my album. She sent me a handwritten note saying her computer was broken and video was not done. I just dont understand why you would take a job that you can't fulfull. We are all hardworking people and paid you. Why do this to people? These events are so special and you are robbing people of their memories. Im doubting that story about you donating your proceeds for blankets. Lawsuit will be filed. read more

Leticia was hired and paid in full to photograph and video our Wedding on November 2, 2013. To this day 11/28/2016 I have still not received our video. My father walked me down the aisle and he passed away this year. So needless to say, it would be nice to have video to watch of this day. This was my wedding. A day that you are supposed to remember for happy times and good memories. I paid her $850 dollars in advance for a photographer, videographer and a photo booth. She sent her 15-16 year old daughter to photograph my WEDDING. Leticia did not show up at all. She double booked herself and sent her 16 year old daughter instead. The photobooth printer did not work so we did not receive 1 picture from the photobooth. She promised to put them on a disk and mail them which she never did. I got no pictures from the church as they were all blurry and out of focus. Her daughter did not take 1 clear picture of the wedding party walking in OR myself walking in with my parents. I did not get 1 picture of myself in my wedding dress. We never received the video. She will not respond to my calls, text, or social media. She promised me a full refund also, which you guessed it. I never received. She is from Porterville, Ca. I am not the only one she wronged here in the valley. There are others. Now she's down in Corona, probably doing the same to others down there. read more
