They were gold over sterling I was told they dont "turn" the way other plated jewelry does which is why they are expensive. I spent240$ for the 3 items. The bracelets turned in less than a week. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. I have many ear piercings and like to change them every couple of weeks. Usually I get the manager to assist me and she is so great. I think her name is brit. If it isn't her assisting me, I have a very unpleasant experience and horrible service. I had a guy try for over 30'mins once to take off and change a earring to the point where my ear was so swollen I had to ice it for a hour after I left. FYI. He never got the piercing in, the manager went to lunch and came back and he was still trying to get it in. I had another guy make me wait 20 mins while he flirted with a group of girls who didn't even purchase anything. After I waited all that time he tried to replace my forward helix piercing but couldn't get it to come loose and suggested I go back another day when the manager was there to help. I go back two days later when a girl with very colorful hair was working. I told her how the guy asked me to go back to have my earring replaced because he had a hard time and I then realized she's skipping over me, I ask her why and she tells me "I need to help PAYING customers 1st." CLEARLY I'm a paying customer wanting to buy a new earring to put in, sorry I'm Hispanic and not like your other American customers. I was so angry I called back, expressed my frustration and I was a very regular loyal customer. I email the owner and never got a reply. These last couple of bad experiences were enough to keep me away. I have been going to a local shop by me. But if I am ever in the mall and the manger is working I will gladly stop in and shop. There is a vast selection of jewelry and they all look lovely and not cheap, without it being too costly. I got a second lobe piercing and it didn't hurt at all, I don't recall the name of the person that attended me but she was very nice and sweet :)! ~Oh and Fyi this stand isn't in front of Newbury. I just got my nose pierced by this really nice girl named Maykelin who was very sanitary and explained whole piercing process to me as she was doing it, and explained all aftercare instructions. She was also very open to any questions i had at any time during the process. I would also like to note that everyone makes sure that everyone has an ID to make sure they are with their actual parents, and have good advice since I waited until after my sport was over so there wouldn't be any infections. Do not come here for your jewelry. The staff here is highly inexperienced and unprofessional. The business owner needs to reevaluate their customer service and be more transparent with their clients if they want people to come back. I came here for a nose ring one night after work and I was sold a nose ring way too big for my septum piercing. The person who sold it helped me put it in and when I got home I noticed that I had dried blood in my nostrils. The next day, I went to exchange it for the correct size and another employee gave me an attitude for trying to exchange the product. She tried to justify that I had the size I asked for; I showed her a jewelry I had from a different jeweler and it was CLEARLY a whole different size. In this instance, she exchanged me the right ring. The second time I shopped here I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and they gave me a belly ring that broke when I tried to unscrew it!I came back exactly one week later and the person who claimed to be manager told me there was no exchange or refund after a week. I showed her my receipt from 4/28/19 and she tells me that she never said a week but that it was two days. Two minutes later, she switches up again and says that she cannot exchange anything after a day. Now I am very confused. She told me she could only offer me 20% off a new product. After their second faux pas, I did not feel comfortable spending more money here. This establishment needs to work on communicating their policies better. You can't tell your customers one thing and not only not orchestrate it but change up on what you said. This place truly lacks professionalism. If you're going to sell a product at least be knowledgeable about the product. If you're trying to get piercings or jewelry, invest and go to a nice spot that's not here. read more

Have to say , disgusting workers. The attitude these women give is absolutely disrespectful. The roosevelt field location has some of the most disrespectful and repulsive workers ive ever met. Especially the two women working , i think one is a manager is just plain rude. Arguing with people, creating chaos in this small stand. My girlfriend even got yelled at for having ONE foot in the little booth thing. I treat everyone with respect but these women have some stuck up there asses for no reason. Would not want someone as grimey as them to touch me. Also there not even certified to do certain ear piercing like cartilage. Costumer service horrible, besides oscar, a man who works there! Called before I came, both ladies were super sweet and attended to everyone very fast! There were a lot of people coming up to the kiosk but I was able to get in and out quickly! The girl who pierced my nose was so sweet and explained everything! It took less than an hour between selecting which stud I wanted, paperwork and getting the piercing done. Everything was cleaned and sanitized prior to use and the girl wore gloves while piercing. Extremely clean, everyone wore masks and the mask was slightly lowered for less than 3 minutes to get the piercing done! All in all an amazing experience! read more

Such an amazing, easy, painless nose pierce! Maykelin was just incredible. My daughter said - no way am I getting pierced at a mall.....she explained that they have a free standing shop as well. This girl was so informed. She knew EVERYTHING. My daughter had her nose pierced and I asked for a 2nd piercing next to my other nose stud. She also changed out the other piercing for me. I will be recommending this little shop to ALL. I don't remember the name of the other young lady who was working but she was just as amazing. They were changing out my conch piercing and they used a plier to put in a captive ball ring. I didn't think anything of it at the time. Today, two weeks later, I went to switch it out and noticed that they put it in so tight that it had to be pulled out of my ear with 2 pairs of pliers which left the earing crocked and unusable. I work right inside Roosevelt field mall sO I took a quick break to run downstairs to Just pierce it to check out the different kind of body jewelry as I was specifically looking for an industrial bar and a new ring for my tragus. When I reached the kiosk the girl behind the counter with the blUe hair or maybe it was green... didn't even realize that I had been standing there waiting for assistance as she had her back turned and was too busy texting on her phone. I waited a few mins and still she didn't acknowledge me so I figured I'd walk over to Claire's to check out their selections. After seeing that Claire's didn't have the body Jewelry I was looking for I decided to make my way back to Just Pierce it. When i arrived back there was another woman being helped, it looked like she was getting a nose ring changed. The woman behind the kiosk acknowledged me once asking me what i needed assistance with, and continued keeping me waiting and casually took her time with the other client not even acknowledging that I had been waiting patiently for some time, which felt like a good ten mins. She casually took her time and carried on casual conversation with the other client, even getting comfOrtable in conversation by leaning on the counter to talk to her. I deal with customers on a daily basis and she should have been more timely, and multi tasked. She seemed to have no problem with keeping me waiting to the point I just walked away again empty handed. I will never come back to this kiosk and i don't recommend anyone else either! read more

i got my second lobe piercings today and did not know what to expect because my first one was done quite a long while ago. the clerk assured me that it just feels like a pinch, which was super accurate. before using the gun to pierce my ears, she marked the spot and had me and another clerk make sure it is perfect before going on with the procedure. i ended up purchasing the 14k white gold 3mm earrings and really liked it. it was $65 in total but if you want to get just the regular surgical steel 3mm earrings, it would only be around $30 plus tax for it. overall, i had a great experience getting my second lobe piercing! read more

It was a horrible experience. The employee working there was rude and not welcoming. She charged me twice for a simple jewelry switch. Once she actually seated me, she removed it fine but had no experience with putting another piece of jewelry in. By the second failed attempt , my nose was swollen and started bleeding. She tried for a third time, to only realize that the jewelry's curve wasn't wide enough for my nose. An experienced employee would simply match the jewelry size to the piece that was originally in my nose. She corrected the size and still couldn't put the jewelry in. Went in for a nose piercing and shortly after it got infected and I find out from the doctors that the "professional" punctured a vein!! Not only is that dangerous because it can cause permanent damage but, I also paid $50 for a piercing that I had to take out due to a careless job. Outrageously overpriced and not at all professional. They claimed that I signed a contract saying that they are not to blame for any damage but it is completely their fault for piercing in the wrong place and causing this. Do not waste $50 at this unprofessional place and go somewhere safer! read more
