Ok here goes.. I have wanted to put a cross on my foot for ages, however everyone said how painful tattoos on ur feet are. So in the mood for a little pain a make a appt for the next day. I knew what I wanted Keith put his spin on it and I swear I put my iPods in listened to some David Allen Coe and it was nor bad at all.. my ex husband owned a tattoo shop and he was a clean freak. Keith is the same way and then there is Rene who does the paperwork and takes the money she makes you feel very, very comfortable... the price was not bad at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop was nice and clean and the man who pierced me was very friendly and made me feel comfortable for sure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That is, until he pierced my septum and told me afterwards that I have a deviated septum. Which I never heard in my entire 25 years of living. He then proceeded to mess with the jewelry attempting to make it look straight. It didn't look straight and the jewelry looked too big and I kept thinking i was overthinking it and that it was fine. It felt like he only said that because he didn't pierce it correctly and wanted a good excuse. The next few days were painful and I took it upon myself to ask around and I was informed that the piercer should've done a "anatomy check" and actually felt the tip of the nose to make sure it'll go in the "sweet spot". I was also told that it was pierced too low and diagonal, my septum is slightly deviated but barely and the jewelry was in fact too big and going through some cartilage. $80 down the drain and I was very upset and in pain for days. It's been 3 weeks and I just got it repierced somewhere else and they did it perfectly and even drew a line to make sure it's straight and used smaller jewelry so I don't look like a bull. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While the customer service was friendly and the environment was comfortable, the end product was not and I was highly disappointed I wasted my money there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Should've done more research next time. read more

I got my ears pierced here the other day and had a great experience. The shop is immaculate,well organized and played great music. In addition Keith and his wife are extremely kind and caring. Keith explained to me everything the procedure entailed before it was done and answered all my questions, which put me at ease. He also went over how to care for my piercings as well as remove them in case of an emergency.
