Quoting only the initial service fee of $89.00, but assured me they also offered discounts for seniors, military folks etc. I called to report my complaint, but no one returned my call. Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

He came out to check it and stated that we needed a heat exchanger that would be about $300 but he would check and see if it was under warranty. Well we never heard back from him either way and a couple months later we found a leak in the propane pipe going into the furnace that he was checking for us!! This is strike 2 for this company the first being about 5 years ago when I lived on lakeshore kitty corner to them and called 3 times to set up a service appointment and they never even called me back!! Never again!
