Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. He said he would have to schedule another appt to come out another day to spend more time to figure it out. Problem is, that would be another day for me to take time off and I didn't have much confidence that he knew what was going on to begin with. I called the office and after being upset and explaining to them the circumstance, the receptionist spoke to the owner and called me back and gave us a full refund. I ended up wasting my time off and the problem still isn't fixed. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is they had enough common decency to issue us a refund. Weird thing is...a week before the repair guy showed up, I specifically called their office and asked what if the guy can't fix the problem? am I still charged the $90 service charge ? Scott's arrival was timely, he was professional, and explained what was going on throughout the process. I felt very comfortable with what he was telling me and confident that he was going to resolve my problems. He even negotiated with the warranty company to reduce my out of pocket costs.
