Food and service were great. Dining area was very clean. The J burger is similar to a Big Mac but tastes much better. I recommend.

My and I decided to try this lace out. We had never been, but We'd had heard good things. It took us by surprise when we walked in and it kinda reminded us of the old car hops. It was interesting to see all the vintage memorabilia. The price was about advarge to the menu and restaurant. The location was easy to find, easy to spot. Plenty of parking and the food was pretty good. The customer service was good, they helped us deciding what to order. Price: reasonable Location: easy and convenient to find. Customer service: wonderful and helpful. Cleanliness: very clean, tables. Floors, and bathrooms. Food: ok, not to excited over the menu but it was hot, fresh and correct. Was looking for a quick bite at around 830 one spring evening and decided to try Just Rite. Exactly what I had hoped for. Grilled double cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake. They had a couple of donuts left from the morning that I had for dessert, including one that was tossed in as a bonus since it was the last one. read more

Look for signs if you're going through the drive-thru. I missed the entrance for the drive-thru and had to turn around and come back, not a big deal though. The line moved pretty quick. The service was not the best they seemed annoyed when I asked for a moment to look over the menu. When I got to the window to Pau and get my food the girl told me the amount but said nothing else. The tenderloin was really good and the fries were good, could have been hotter but still good. All in all a nice little find in a little town. read more

Favorite things: the biscuits and gravy in the morning. The soft pellet ice in their drinks!! And the legendary crinkle cut fries. (I miss the grape drink with the soft ice; tasted like a snow cone from my youth. Place is very dirty. food is overpriced and employees are underpaid and mistreated. I have heard from previous employees, that the owner used to let one of their employees wash their hair in the sink, the one that they do dishes in. I was also informed that when redoing the bathroom, they found used needles and used TAMPONS in the celling tiles. I know a teenager who used to work there, they were exposed to drugs and inappropriate gestures from adult male employees. when brought up with the owner they said "that's just how guys are" Mistreatment of employees: employees are underpaid, and under appreciated. When COVID first hit and no adults were working, the owner had 15-16 year olds working from 8am to 9pm at least 3 times a week. and the days they weren't working they would get called into work instead of the owner or the manager covering the shifts. The place looks almost the same from the day it opened, in a good way, nothing fancy, no frills, just good food at good prices. Try the fries with the homemade tarter sauce mix, its a classic here, and way better tasting than ketchup. The burger sizes are small to average, and cooked up fresh for you while you wait a few minutes. They offer a different daily lunch special for about $6. A Big J burger is about $3.25 and a Super J burger is about $4, so they are a bit pricey compared to the competition, but the nostalgic taste makes it worth paying more. 60 cents for a drink refill. When I ate there this afternoon, it was not busy, only couple other patrons, the counter staff seemed busy though, and not overly friendly, no smiles on their faces, so depends on whose working as I have had great cheerful service here before too. These ladies today just didn't seem like they wanted to chat, more like they wanted to get home and relax. They forgot to give my 85 yr old mother her senior citizen discount, I guess because we didn't see the sign during our order time and didn't request it. I guess this place isn't what I used to remember it being 20 years ago, many great times and memories there, and anytime I go to Rushville, I try and stop here, even if only to get the fries. It is everything you ever hoped for or dreamed of. Much better than it was before closing and they are obeying the no smoking laws. The Big J was perfect. The fries were perfect- still crispy and just a tad over salted, as they were meant to be. And, the ice! Still have it!! Also, to note, I had Big Boy the day before and JustRite was way better! read more

Doesn't look like much and wow is that true. I don't know how you can screw up things like a hamburger, fries, and tenderloin. Just Rite manages to take poor food quality to a level unforeseen in my life. As I took that first bite of hamburger, I began to pray for food poisoning to rid my body of this horrible joke called food. I thought: How much worse can the tenderloin or fries be. I took one bite of the tenderloin, spit it out and left. I debated gagging myself in the parking lot from two bites of food. read more

Food is incredibly cheap and it's honestly pretty good for what you pay. Love their drink flavorings that they offer(blueberry marshmallow mt. dew, I know I know. But try it and thank me later). I would give them a higher review but........the service is appalling. A little kindness and an attitude like this isn't the worst place to work is what the employees are missing. Every time I go through, I leave with the thought of "that was a horrible interaction and it makes me not want to go back." I've only been through the drive thru so I don't know if they put their less experienced employees there or what. Regardless, please train your employees in basic customer service. Drove a couple hours from other side of state to see if this was as good as we remembered from our teens and early adulthood. Our town had two at one time. Although the fries were good, the rest of the experience was not. I'm not sure service could have been any less friendly. The Big J, although not horrible, was drowning in way too much sauce and the BBQ didn't have much flavor. To top it off....no restrooms. read more
