I have been here a few times since it has opened. It is good. But I have yet to actually receive a salad that has everything in it that I ordered. It is always missing things. Today I ordered double chicken in my salad and I counted 6 pieces of chicken. I do not think that is a single serving, yet alone double. You're charging me for double, give an actual serving x2. With things being like they are right now, customers do not want to feel as though they are being cheated and taken advantage of when they work hard for their money. And it should not be hard to read what the customer orders. Give them what they order. I know you're new, but get it together, or you're not going to last in this town. read more

We are hoping they make it and are rooting for them but after reading the reviews of their other locations around the country, we don't hold much hope. We thought it was 'new location blues' but it appears that for years the complaints we have with this place have existed elsewhere and they are not taking heed. We have always eaten in but we sit there watching customer after customer come in and wait 10 - 15 minutes for their take-out they ordered ahead of time! We calculated it's actually faster to come in and get in line and order the take out in person! The trick is to come in at the beginning of the dinner or lunch hour so you are first or second in line and just order in person, we kid you not. Unfortunately, it started out rather clean but no longer. We were first for dinner (5 pm), not a customer in the place (except for the online orders they were preparing) and the floor had not been swept from what must have been the lunch mess and that was just the dining area. I saw behind the counter and it was beyond disgusting with a major spill right behind the cash register with a receipt soaking in it. Who knows how long that was there. We adore some of the menu items and really want this place to make it but we doubt it will last. Be warned some of the items are rather spicy for a neighborhood that leans away from spicy food as evidenced by the restaurant choices in the area. Some items are great but we see too many people walking out disgusted with the wait or throwing their food out without finishing, while others are thrilled so perhaps it's just inconsistent quality. read more

I got the Tokyo Supergreens, Tofu salad with bread. The salad was predominantly kale with a small amount of tofu and a negligible amount of avocado. Fair amount of edamame. The amount of dressing included with the salad is enough to lightly dress about a quarter of the salad or less. The small piece bread was packed in the bowl with the salad which made it cold, squashed and unpalatable. I ordered online and despite the store being empty when I arrived and at least 5 people behind the counter, my order took 30 minutes. read more

Service is extremely slow and looks unorganized. Waited for a tiny salad bowl for over an hour past our time the website said our order would be ready. A women had to walk out because her food was taking too long. Very unfortunate as I was hoping to have a new place to go to for lunch. Update: had to leave after an hour and a half of waiting. The manager was yelling at us saying he doesn't know how to refund us so we walked out. Never coming here again. A joke if I could give zero stars I would. 50 dollars down the drain. read more

I think many reviews are too harsh. There were 4 of us for lunch and we were all satisfied. Healthy food served quickly. Restaurant was clean and not too noisy. Convenient location with plenty of onsite parking. I was surprised to find out that one (of only two) booths was reserved for the manager's office! read more

I'm loving this amazing new spot that opened recently in Needham. If you're looking for a healthy, delicious lunch or dinner, look no further. Inventive salads (and wraps, smoothies, and a few other items) that are high on flavor and nutrition and easy on the pocketbook. They have everything! Ambience is casual but enjoyable, with an outdoor patio for when weather is nice. Staff are helpful and accommodating, and manager Oscar is friendly and gracious. This was my first time ordering food from here. I was excited by all of the options for toppings, dressings, etc. as other salad places have limited options. I placed an order online which I quickly learned was a mistake. I waited 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready in the restaurant. Time is no big deal for me as long the food is worth it and accurate. This experience was neither. At about 25 minutes in, one employee told me they ran out of the roasted chicken that I ordered, so I opted for crispy chicken. I had 2 separate orders I was picking up - both bowls and each with a cup of soup. On the way home, I checked one of the bags and immediately noticed it did not have a cup of soup. I called customer relations to ask for a refund since I was not about to drive back and waste more time waiting for soup. I called without checking the rest of my order (another mistake). The lady on the phone was not the friendliest, but put a refund through for the missing cup of soup. I ordered Buffalo cauliflower and when I got home, I noticed they gave me regular cauliflower. So, I didn't get the chicken I ordered, I didn't get the Buffalo cauliflower that I ordered, and I didn't get the soup I ordered. I didn't get any of this after waiting 30+ minutes. The food was okay but it was not what I ordered and I don't know if it was worth all of this. I was really excited to try this place but this experience kind of ruined it. read more

First time visiting . Very bright and clean inside . While the greens used in the salad was plentiful and fresh , the add-ons were underwhelming. We added the crispy chicken which were 2 very small, very thin chicken tenders which were cold and did not taste fresh at all. The "essential" add ons were very skimpy . The "premium" add-on of feta cheese was a tiny scoop. $15.00 for this salad was definitely not worth it. Disappointed to say the least! read more

My first visit here for a to go order was a disappointment. The good news, order was ready on time. The Cobb Salad was somewhat small for the price and the Roasted Chicken listed on the website as an ingredient was missing. I ordered added Arugula but there was very little as far as I could tell. I ordered a "large" chicken soup wasn't all that large (about 12 oz) and was mostly noodles. Was really looking forward to them opening, but I doubt that I will be going back here anytime soon. read more

Ordered two bowls and two wraps online for pick-up, all were excellent. My only critique is that the items weren't labeled and both the bowls and wraps looked similar. In the end, the wraps got mixed up which we feel could have been easily prevented if the items were labeled. But, we'll be back for sure! read more
